Came here for dinner and the restaurant was dead there was 3 other people here, but yet most of the tables were dirty. While sitting at the table numerous fruit flies were around and I kept feeling like something was climbing on me. There was one lady serving and she was too preoccupied talking with the guys at the bar to actually do there job. I will not be coming back and don't recommend this place. Food is over priced for what you get

Lexee is by far the most sweetest, interpersonal, kind and easy to converse with server. She is always ontop of her job and making sure her customers are tended to with the nicest smile and Friendly's personality i have ever encountered.

Lily and Lexee, I’ve been to a lot of bars, but the bartenders at this place truly make it special. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and totally on their game. Super skilled with their pours, quick with the orders, and even quicker with a good conversation or a joke. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every drink they make. The service felt personal, not just professional — and that makes all the difference. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, they treat you like you matter. Major props to the team behind the bar — you guys crushed it. Will definitely be back just for the incredible vibes they create!

Based on Suzy Tonkovic’s review I would NOT step foot in this restaurant/bar. Her complaints are “basics” of any restaurant and service industry. Receiving cutlery and napkins are “basics” of any establishment. Communication is HUGE. The fact that she and her party sat on the patio waiting to be served and NOBODY told them that food was not to be ordered out there is a joke LOL First off why would you expect guests to walk inside from the patio to order their own food?? Ridiculous concept. And even if that’s the policy, which I’ll say again is bizarre…each and every staff member should make that crystal clear to guests on the patio BECAUSE it’s so unheard of and you cannot expect a guest to know that’s the policy. Basic, basic common sense stuff people. I worked in the service industry for years and I won’t go here!
To be honest I've never encountered this kind of customer service shittiest staff they're gonna keep you waiting for 20/25 minutes and then they're gonna say they're out of it then they gonna insist you for replacement as they can't cancel its punched order i mean they should be aware what they have in stock beforehand Plus do not say just two minutes i will get you your order be aware that you can prepare it or not to be honest don't list something if you don't have it as a uber driver our 40 minutes is important for us

We visited the Texas Longhorn restaurant to enjoy a band performance on the patio yesterday. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. We experienced a wait time of approximately one hour, largely due to the need to request service multiple times. The elderly patrons surrounding us faced difficulties finding any server. We had to go in twenty times to get someone to come out. The food did not taste good. Furthermore, food orders were incorrect, and beverages were misdelivered. Appetizers arrived late, and essential items like napkins and cutlery were not provided. We had to enter the restaurant to obtain these necessities. Notably, the interior of the restaurant was empty, with servers standing idle at the bar. The frustration among nearby customers culminated in some patrons packing their unfinished meals and departing. Management seemed indifferent, and the manager was nowhere to be found. He never came out once to check on tables. Upon investigation, my friend discovered the manager in the kitchen, preoccupied with his phone. When confronted, he claimed that the patio area did not receive food service. However, my friend pointed out the lack of clear signage or explanatory communication from the waitstaff. He then says we dont make any money when bands play here. The manager's apathy was striking, leading me to strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

The service was excellent. The ladies on the floor did serve us quickly, friendly and with grace. Not easy in an establishment where you have music blaring over a rowdy crowd at the bar at lunchtime on a Saturday.
That being said, the food was not good. Any place with “Texas” in its name should not be serving a brisket sandwich smothered in gravy. So much gravy that the bun was losing structural integrity before it got to my table.
The “seafood” taco was shrimps and calamari, on a plain white tortilla topped with coleslaw, tomato and cheddar cheese. Not Tex-Mex at its best.
