I ordered shrimp pad Thai, they gave me so many noodles, no veggies and literally 6 pieces of shrimp. Anywhere else I go they give me vegetables. Very disappointing didn’t want to eat it, asked for a refund and they asked me to pay more if I want vegetables. Don’t come here unless u wanna spend $20 on just mid noodles. Disappointing …. And a waste of money.

HORRIBLE. Unsanitary, cheap, no customer service. Ordered pad see ew. It was absolutely tasteless had 4 broccoli pieces with hard stem and no other vegetables. What happened with carrots, onions, bell peppers? Why are the hard stems not cut down? How cheap is that?!
It did not come in the original signature Thai Express container but instead a plastic small container. Probably another cost saving tactic.
To our horror an employee brought more toppings holding the container with dirty green rubber gloves.
When asked for sauces was given a look and given 2 packets. Why so cheap? This is terrible. Once my favourite spot is now turned into a place I will never come back to.

Unfortunately, I should've looked at the reviews beforehand. Mine came with much more bean sprouts than actual noodles. I asked for medium spice for my shrimp pad thai and I swear there was no spice at all. Another time, months ago, I asked for mild and it did have spice. Very inconsistent. Also, shrimp was cold on the inside. Oh dear.

I ordered the pad Thai (picture taken below how it is shown on the menu) and this is what I received.. the only change I made to the order was adding chicken. It came in this gross slimy sloppy sou. No peanuts, no lime, no veggies only bean sprouts. I asked very nicely for it to be corrected and was turned down with only attitude and no apology. Absolute worst service I have ever received, paid $17 for this gross bowl of grease I can’t even eat it. EAT LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE AT SQUARE ONE.

I ordered a tom yum but I got a sour soup noldle with terrible sour 🥲🥲😭 for $17.96 I have try Thai’s food many times in Thailand and I can cook Thai’s food for Thailand friend. But I don’t know why this restaurant can made this terrible flavor for this soup.
And a female waitress sent me the soup with her indifferent face. I never come back!

I ordered the sweet and sour veg fry from Thai Express and specifically requested it to be made very spicy. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the dish was heavily on the sweeter side with barely any heat at all. It seems like my spice request wasn't taken seriously or communicated properly to the kitchen. The flavor profile was completely different from what I expected and asked for. Additionally, I found the pricing to be quite steep for the portion size and overall quality of the dish. The vegetables were decent, but the sauce dominated everything and made it almost dessert-like rather than a proper savory meal. For the price point, I expected better customization of spice levels and more value for money. Would hesitate to order from here again unless they can better accommodate specific requests.

Mango chicken had no mango favor at all, chicken was too dry and tasted bitter probably due to over burnt oil. The cashier had no customer service skills at all. When asked for extra napkins (for four people, she gave me one extra napkin)! The worst was Thai Mango Salad becuase it had only raw mango slices and a stick of coriander leaves. Not ever going to visit this place again. I love Thai food but this was far from Thai food. I would have given zero star if I could.

This is some kind of horror. I had no idea that cooking could be so terrible.

Food tasteless, overpriced and the atmosphere was bad. This resto branch is still around in 2024 only because its strategic location (inside Sq-1 food court) and surely due to Most ppl Have No idea, this resto provide a very low quality foods.

I hope everyone read this Review before falling into their Trap.

Sorry ordered GT mango on rice
The chicken didn’t even taste like chicken
Chewy and cold
As if it’s was old
Lady didn’t even want to listen to my complaint
Guess there goes $22 down the drain

Server who take orders behave very rudely and didn’t talk properly.

Very busy mall. Service was very quick but a seat was hard to get.

Horrible service. Don’t eat here
