Miserable customer service … i was there on February 18th around 4:20pm. The lady in the cash register was way too much rude. I told her its my first time here thats why i am i need your help to understand the menu. She was so rude i cant imagine how people work like this type of attitude

I got tomato pineapple stir fried rice made with tofu today. It didn't taste the same as any other location that I have had before. The tofu tasted barely cooked, I got only the white parts of the green onion, 3 very tiny pieces of pineapple (mostly tasted like the core of the pineapple), it lacked the savory umami flavour and mostly just tasted oily. I also noticed this location did not use the signature Thai express containers that I am used to and instead a smaller container was used. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this location...

Sound i like owe them .and whatever you order the cashier say No and No .and not giving advise or suggestions after they do not have on the menu listed and first bite something mixed that brush for cleaning inside the food. . End up the food I paid not what I expected. End up the food into garbage.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Tom Yum noodle soup, and the flavor was completely different from what I’ve had at other Thai Express locations – to the point where I honestly wondered if they gave me the wrong dish. The broth tasted off and lacked the usual Tom Yum profile entirely.

When I asked for chili because the soup wasn’t spicy at all, the staff give me a green pepper sauce with clear reluctance. After adding it, there was still zero heat. I went back to request proper chili and specifically said I did not want the same sauce again. Despite that, they gave me the same sweet, non-spicy chili mix.

At this point it felt like the staff either didn’t care or simply refused to listen. The whole experience was frustrating, the service was dismissive, and the food quality was far below the standard of the brand. I will not be returning to this location.

This place has gone downhill. Paid almost $18 for this beef pad sew and got 4 pieces of beef and 3 broccoli. It was supposed to have Chinese broccoli not regular broccoli as well 😕. Taste was bland and too sweet. Won't be coming back. Wish I had read the other reviews before coming. So disappointing.

My experience here was awful. The lady got upset because I asked her to change her gloves after paying cash. She had already started touching the food to prepare the soup I ordered.

She changed one glove, went to the back to get something out of the fridge, came back touched the lettuce with her bare hands and made my soup . I drank 2 spoons of the soup which literally had no taste. I had this exact same soup last week at a different location and loved it.

Waste of money, I threw out the soup. This location is questionable on the cleanliness.

I will never order or eat from this Thai Express again. I'm hoping I don't get sick from the 2 spoons I had.

Worst service, worst food. Got a chicken pad Thai here which gave my 4 year old the runs that evening. I’m probably thinking day old chicken and sauce were used.

I ordered fried rice. All I got is One small piece of pineapple, shredded tiny pieces of beef, and no other vegetable at all. For 15 bucks, you could have a well balanced meal elsewhere in the food court. Here, you only get carbohydrate. Compared to other Thai Express, this one is such a joke.

They gave me spoiled chicken. The chicken is always undercooked underneath the coating with blood. The creamy yellowlike substance is not the flour. There was a layer of rotten substance underneath the coated chicken. Also, I aksed for basil beef fried rice. They gave me a pineapple fried rice and tied it in the bag. You will never know if someone is allergic to something. This is gross neglegence on your part to not inform the customer if you don't have what they asked for. If you make the wrong order fix it for the price your charge. Don't just give them a wrong order and tie it up, so they don't see it until they get home. Also, the lady at the front is very impatient and rude. Always seems too busy or occupied for basic customer service. She presents like she is always in a hurry to just take your money and get you out of there. Also, do the right thing when no one is there to watch you. Do better overall please. Thank you.
