Thai Express Restaurant Mississauga

Out of all the Thai express locations I have eaten at, this is by far the worst. The chicken is not made according to the same standards, and unlike all the other locations, their serving size is smaller. 0/10

Worst pad Thai I ever had. Ordered chicken pad Thai and found there barely 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken. also cashier was rood and wasn’t polite.

I ordered delivery today pad Thai was excellent .however we used to get peanuts and lime on the side. Ordered mango salad was awful . More lettuce than anything no red pepper mango was so unripe no flavor . It was a waste of my money . Ordered fried p
otstickers were way overcooked and rubbery. Waste of money on two items.

Red flag number one is you expect Thai food but when you walk in you see Indian. Just turn around, the best Thai Express in Mississauga is at Dixie mall with REAL authentic Thai food.

I ordered online picked up on way home from work. I paid to add shrimp to my pad Thai, just to open it and start eating and it’s all noodles. I’m wondering where is the shrimp, there is tofu! What is this?! I paid for something and I get something completely different. This place is terrible.

This Thai Express has never gotten an order of mine correct, even while I’m standing in front of them. The menu is too heavily Indian influenced, as well. I shouldn’t have to request NOT to put coriander in my soup. This is a Thai restaurant.

The reason this place doesn’t have as many stars is because the food here is not like other Thai Expresses. I got the pad Thai with chicken and the flavour just wasn’t the same as other Thai express locations. The flavour was more bland and the green onions were no where to be found.

Loved the food here. The best thing about my experience was the friendly and excellent customer service provided by Salil. I’m not a fan of thai food but this guy made my experience so good that I will be coming back again.

I had to beg for a fork, napkin and bag. But the biggest problem was, the debit/credit machine that customers use is so filthy it’s completely disgusting 🤢🤮. Like, why would you not clean this machine??? It feels and looks disgusting and totally gross! And we are forced to touch it cause you have to press all of these buttons to by pass the tip. Like, are y’all seriously expecting me to tip you with that dirty machine? With NO sanitizer available to clean my hands after. Disgusting man!

Ordered 2 bowls of fried rice. I paid extra for the bowls because they hold more rice. They filled the bowls 2/3. These guys are so cheap that they can't fill two bowls of rice. Not worth the money.

Ordered through Skip. Food came unordinarily fast. Very bland. Paid the extra for 1 dish with noodles but came with rice. 2 dishes asked for mild but had no flavour at all.

I’m picky with my food and after asking them to make my basil fried rice the way I like, they were able to get it exactly how I like it! Will be a regular because of it and the friendly staff I’ve dealt with.

Asked for vegetarian pad Thai and confirmed it multiple times. Drove all the way home to find that it was full of chicken. Waste of money. Don’t trust this location if you have dietary restrictions
