Terrible service, I got there right when it opened so I was the first person and no one else was there and he told me I had to wait 40 min because he had a bunch of online orders... I'm pretty sure walk ins should be taken care of when you walk in!!

Never ordering from this location again. My food was disgusting. Old, dry noodles at the bottom of the dish and drenched noodles at the top. There was inedible pieces of chicken, and i asked for medium spice and seems like i got extra hot instead. The packaging it was delivered in was cheap looking and ineffective, spilling out as soon as you open it. Overall disappointing and unappealing experience.

it is an insult to Thai cuisine. I was uncomfortable how the cashier handed me a spoon that he grabbed with his fingers.

I placed a 2 for 1 order with Uber Eats. Shrimp and broccoli. Instead you gave me beef. No shrimp no broccoli. I want my order replaced. Uber says it's your fault! Not surprisingly, your staff don't answer the phone.

Frankly, we didn’t like the food. It was tasteless, and the fried rice had too much soy sauce. The rice was sticky and overcooked. It felt like a waste of money, and we won’t be coming back. The cooking seemed unprofessional. The quality didn’t match the price at all. Very disappointing experience overall.

I saw the reviews and thought okay how bad can it be: smelled for some reason when I walked in, and they also managed to forget to put the second thing I ordered in the bag so I wasted my money… keep in mind, there were no other customers there and the parking lot was empty because it was late at night, yet they still managed to screw up the only in-person order they had. Do not go to this location.

The rice was very extremely dry and hard felt like plastic. The chicken was old and chewy, batter wasn’t crispy or kind of just slid off the chicken as if it had been sitting there for a day or 2 . They don’t have all the menu items, which I’m assuming is because it may not be popular and they don’t want to have waste. My advice , don’t open a franchise if you don’t want to follow a specific menu or food quality guidelines.

We went to Thai Express to grab Pad See Ew before a movie and ordered takeout — one with shrimp and one with chicken. Since we were in a rush, it was a simple two-order request. Despite that, they messed it up and made both with chicken.
When we rushed back to explain, the manager/owner refused to refund both meals, claiming they had “only messed up one.” We explained that we ordered together because we wanted to eat together — if one was wrong, the whole meal was ruined. Still, he kept denying. Only after I started recording did he finally agree to refund.
The food mistake was one thing, but the terrible customer service and refusal to take accountability made it so much worse. Absolutely the worst experience — never going back!

With a lot of expectation I ordered Red curry and my entire plate is stale. The food tastes rotten

I stopped by with my son got I Thai Mango with battered beef, terrible choice barely find any beef in the batter, my son got the Thai chicken better option though.
