I had such a great experience at Thai Express! The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I ordered the Pad See Ew, and it was delicious, super flavourful, fresh, and the portion was surprisingly big. Although the prices are a little on the higher side, the quality and generous serving made it totally worth it. Overall, amazing experience, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Don’t buy Pad Thai from here. The other Thai express locations are better. I bought one and had a stomach pain but was not sure. I gave them the benefit of doubt and bought again and got a stomach pain again. Not sure what ingredients they put in but never buying from here again. Mine was take out and not dine in.

Tried this location for the first time today, I was very impressed with the consistency and quality of the food. Ordered 3 dishes with 3 different levels of spicy, and they nailed every one. Great job, thanks

I specifically asked the cashier if grilled chicken was available and confirmed that I wanted grilled, not battered fried chicken. He told me it was available, but then gave me battered chicken, charged me for it, and didn’t provide a receipt.

When I questioned him afterward, he changed his story and said grilled chicken wasn’t available. I was essentially sold food under false information, which feels dishonest and misleading.

Small and nice place . We travel quite a bit and somehow this location does have everything. Nice service. Cooks friendly and smiling , they are attentive and prompt . They show passion for their duty. It does reflect on management overall. Keep it up we will be back when in the area.

On July 11th at 6:00 we placed an order for chicken pad Thai and when my 13 year old sister picked it up he confirmed the order but gave the wrong item. We came back to get the right item and he said that we can swap it but when my sister picked it up he leaned over the counter, raised his voice at her making it look like her fault which scared her. Shame on you for treating customers this way when it was your mistake for giving the wrong order.

I’m always so excited for “Pho” but this time Ahh….it was tasteless no flavour at all in the broth, got 1 pack of sauce in there which didn’t help to flavour up the big bowl. Tasted like hopital food seriously😆 attention please, we are ordering it for flavour.
