Poor meat quality everytime. The breaded chicken tastes so dry yet it is not burnt must be a freezer burn or old meat. I don’t know if each Thai express has a different meat supplier but the location at 7700 Hurontario Brampton beside the court is the best one yet, if u want to make the drive for good Thai food then go there or order on Uber eats from that one. Save your money or get a vegetarian dish.

I ordered the General Thai pineapple with chicken. Good portion for the price of $18. But there wasn't any pineapple pieces in it.

The tanned guy who worked night shift tonight made the BEST PAD THAI I've ever had in my entire life!!! I've traveled a lot ive had many pad thais but nothing as good as his I even called him to tell him i loved it soooo much! Thanks again 10 starts ?

This location recently had a management change and it’s now in the hands of one of the best!!! Super clean location, they also added this location to Uber, Skip other delivery services. If you want one of the best Thai/Tom Yum Soups, no one does it like this location. The owner has been working for Thai Express for 12 years and finally got his own location - he would love your support in this new venture of his.

Ordered Pad Thai with chicken. Food lacks taste - the noodles / vermicelli was overcooked, it was like eating mashed potato and too greasy. I had to throw away the food and the next day I had a stomach upset. There was hardly any chicken strips in it, all I got is Tofu. The portion size is small and not worth the money.

I work at the town center and eat here sometimes several times a week. The food is great and the owner is friendly. Pad thai and their soup are my favorite things to order.
4 chicken pad thai's followed by 4 of us sitting on the toilet for 2 days. It was the only thing we ate all day, no other culprits.Never again...

First time to this particular location and probably the most I've been disappointed with a Thai express. Both orders of pad see ew were overcooked with the noodles falling apart to the touch and too dry. The spiciness levels were mislabeled on the box. I feel like I could have easily done a better job at home myself.

Staff was friendly, waiting time wasn’t bad.Too bad they don’t take pickup orders over the phone except with their own app or the other delivery apps.I got the chicken thai meal ( forgot the name ) and he asked me how do I like the sauce and I said regular but seems like his regular is way toooo saucy for me.

Sadly, I checked the ratings of this place after purchasing food here. I know for a fact that the poor quality of the food has to do with the kitchen staff and of course the owner over all. Food lacks taste (insufficient ingredients and just seasoning in general ).I was digging into my Thai pineapple fried rice trying to find the chicken and when I did, it was only two strips of it which lacked flavour as well.With this said, management please stop offering to fix things by direct contact with customer, just improve the quality or find your passion in something else. You’re misleading the Thai franchise as Toronto locations are amazing!
