I’ve been going here I think about a year now. Everytime I visit the guys are very friendly. Speed of service is fast and food is always cooked fresh and honestly more delicious than other locations. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My gift card with 48 dollars remaining disappeared from my account back in February via the app. I created multiple support claims and have tried to reach out many times with no response from the Owners/Support team.

Almost $20 gets you half a meal. What happened to the old to go containers? This thing is tiny!

Order took 20 mins to make and they prepped 6 orders that came after mine and tried to tell me they had 3 more to go before mine that were people who ordered after me. Asked for my money back then they made it. How it works is you do the orders in the order customers arrive. Won't be back. Too bad I like Thai food but for 20.00 no.
One Star Terrible Experience at This Location
I’ve been a regular customer of Thai Express at other locations and always enjoyed the food. But this particular branch was terrible. I specifically asked the staff three times if the chicken was breast meat, and each time I was assured it was. When I got my food, it was clearly thigh meat. Completely different texture and taste. Either they didn’t care or didn’t listen. Totally unacceptable.
This branch gives the whole brand a bad name. I won’t be coming back here again. Stick to other locations if you want proper service and honesty.
Unfortunately, I was served almost raw chicken wings. Even the blood was still there and I didn't notice until it was too late and I had already eaten a lot of it. My friend was the one who noticed it because I was watching a movie and didn't pay enough attention to the food. Now I'm afraid I may get sick.
The food was okay. The service was slow for having only one other customer other than myself but maybe the two people working had a bunch of online orders they were working on. My main beef is the false advertising. They price upgrades/substitutions on their overhead menu to be a certain price but then charge you more based on whatever claims they want. It wasn't that much more but it's the principle for me so I won't be going back to this location again.
Standard fare, no lobster available during their lobster Pad Thai campaign. Easy parking. Quick service. Food is fresh prepared and hot.
If you want noodles & sauce then you will love it. If you like vegetables or meat you will be disappointed. The cooks haven't a clue what they are doing & worse are super cheap with the ingredients. AVOID

Ankit was super, quick, responsive and made a good meal!
Very pricey for what they are serving , chicken didn’t taste fresh
$18 for a meal with stale chicken for a fast food restaurant is definitely thumbs down 👎
Got food poisoning yesterday.
Like so many places these days it's hit and miss. I like the #4 Chicken but too often the chicken is in big chunks with too much fatty/dark meat.

We tried the Thai express the very first time and sadly wont be going back. We had ordered pad Thai and mango stir fry for dine in. The hot food was given in the plastic bowls which was a turn off right away . The pad Thai was loaded with this sweet sauce that I could only have few bites of. I felt like throwing up later. Both my husband and myself were quite disappointed. Service was pretty okay though.
