I came with my mom and she got the pad Thai with chicken and tofu and the tofu was spongey it’s like they marinated in something before they cooked it

I’ve had their food before at the Dixie location, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. The soup had a strand of hair in it, and when I asked for it to be redone, it came back so sour it was inedible. They refused to refund or fix the issue, so I ended up losing my money. The fried rice was also terrible—far too salty. Very dissatisfied with the quality and service

Ordered pad tai, it smelled like very old oily pan. The food was really BAD, couldn’t eat it

Taste very bad, over cook food taste like you are eating the bottom of a filthy pan.

Not very good. The pad Thai was expensive and not very tasty. And there was very little chicken.

Plz dont ever go here. That lady charged me $17 for just rice noodles n few pieces of chicken. She calls sprouts as veggies.
O really felt cheated when i was dam hungry

Beware ! Beware !. We were a group of 3. Our beef Tom yum soup had two pieces of beef with very salty broth. The Mango salad was 8 thin strips of mango on Lettuce. Chicken noodle soup was literally smelling foul. We threw all our food away in the garbage. These people don't know what they are doing. It's definitely not Thai cuisine.

I don't know why rating is low here. Customer service is amazing. They are very accommodating and friend to 1st timers. They gave us free spring rolls on top of what was ordered. I ordered their special soup and I like it.

Straight up the best thai express i’ve had in years. So good I had to leave a review lol. Got the beef pad se ew. Beef was so tender and noodles were cooked perfect.

Love Thai Express After Reading all the negative reviews won’t be costing this location

I ordered the tofu pad see ew. The tofu was so bad I could not eat it. It's like they pre-marinate it in heavy heavy salt. It didn't even have the texture of regular tofu. It was like a wet spongy filled with the pure salt. Shoving spoons of salt in your mouth would be the same experience. I've had this years ago at different locations and it was very good so not sure if they changed it or it was just this location. Tofu pad see ew and water was $18 .
