My wife asked me to leave 5 star. I also liked their gluten free, veggie, tofu pad Thai.

Disappointing, to say the least - the green curry was beige, bland, thick, not at all the flavorful meal I am accustomed too. Paid for added eggplant and unfortunately the slices were almost see-through. See pic, unfiltered - eggplant slice on the lid. Low value for money

I heard a worker (I think it was a manager) cuss out the cashier from the food stall next to them. He was apparently mad because the cashier was trying to take a potential customer (even thought it didn’t look like that). Either way, super inappropriate! You don’t get to claim a customer!

1st time ever at a Thai express. Ordered a chicken soup and a mixed fried rice.Cashier was super friendly, the cook not so much. The soup tasted like tap water and they just added chicken and veggies; no flavor at all. Actually had to add 2 packs of soy sauce for some salt. At $18 that's a ridiculous price for tasteless soup.To our pleasant surprise, the fried rice with chicken and shrimp was seasoned very well and worth buying again.Soup, rice and a fountain pop $39The price would keep me from coming back. Way over priced establishment.

Philippine people mess up the place. I told to philipine girl that I want meet the manager for job she said ok but after 5-10 minute she said they are not hiring and shows me an attitude. Oh my god after 10 minute you realize that you are not hiring. Discrimination place

How on earth this place has a low rating I'll never know. Of all the TE franchises Ive visited, 8-10 of them likely, this one is SO much better than the rest. Freshest, most authentic and for sure the most love too! Even tho it's a food court resto, I make a point of stopping in to treat my taste buds as often as I can! Seriously, I'd give them a six if I could!

Owner seems like he works here.Made me a Thai basil fried rice - spicy - asked me if I ever had Thai express before.I said yeah.He asked me.. from here?I said nah.And then he said - you gonna taste the difference from here today.Chicken - juicy. In fried rice. Juicy - not dry.Rice - punching my mouth with flavour and heat.Gaddamnn. If you think you can handle spice. get a medium. Spicy is a challenge but a good one.Go here. WORTH IT.

I normally love the basil fried rice with cauliflower substitute . I even put a great review on the Erin mills location. I ordered it here recently and it was so horrible!! The cauliflower rice looked like someone hacked up a cauliflower in the kitchen and tried to pass it off as cauliflower rice, if they didn’t have the cauliflower rice then just tell the customer it’s unavailable. It was hard , under cooked and tasteless. The whole container was filled with water. I paid $25 for fried rice that tasted like half cooked cauliflower with no flavour even tho I asked for it to be spicy . I even tipped $3. What a joke. Never again!!

If I could give this place a 0/5 star, I would. I went to the Dixie Outlet Mall Thai Express and ordered a mini tom yum soup on Dec 12, 2022. The workers only gave me 2 bites of noodles and 2 pieces of sliced chicken. There was no tomato in my soup which is usually what is included in the tom yum. I also had a fido xtra perks coupon that said I can go get a free imperial roll and 20 oz drink without a purchase of anything. The lady at the counter said we had to order 2 full sized meals in order to qualify for this freebie, please teach your franchises about all the coupons that you provide to other companies, this was a very unsatisfactory and disappointing experience.

Pad Thai was here disgusting, It was not a pad thai, I dont know what he gave me, and the employee said to me that they are following the standardized "Thai express" recipe. I dont what the recipe was. I had Pad thai many times from other restaurants also, but it was not even close to that.
