Not a family friendly restaurant.
Ordered pickup from this location. It took them 1 hr to make our food. Ww asked them if we can eat in instead of takeout because we had hungry 2 babies. Server said yes so we all got in and sat down. Then another server came and told us we cant sit because of restaurant policy and owner wont allow it. Later she agreed when we decided to order few items more. She said she will charge 18% tip for 4 ppl. She had no care in the world about the babies. She only wanted to make money from the tip.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Thai Room Grand near Square One! The food was beyond amazing – rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and the portions were more than generous. We tried the Malay Curry, Massaman Curry, and Spicy Vegetable Noodles – each dish was perfectly cooked with authentic Thai taste.

What really made our visit unforgettable was the exceptional service. Even though the restaurant was super busy, the staff remained attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to our server, Mint – if you’re visiting, make sure to ask for her! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and gave top-class service with a smile. She recommended the Thai Iced Tea, and wow – hands down the best drink ever! A must-try!

The atmosphere is excellent and the staff is awesome… especially our server Katie is so kind and so friendly!!! Also the manager Andrew was so helpful and he was so attentive to listen to customize our taste preferences …. Also not forgetting to mention the other manager Debbie. . I visited this restaurant last winter and forgot to review it until now! This restaurant was memorable to me for its large portion sizes and authentic-tasting dishes. We ordered the pad see ew, the pad kee mao, and a curry, and each dish satisfied our expectations. I’ve been thinking about this restaurant ever since and can’t wait to come back!

We went there today to have lunch but then by seeing the behaviour of staff we decided to just take out some desert. The time we said we just want some takeout the staff was so ignorant to us. Just because we decided not to dine in anymore they even took water front us. It took them 45mins just to make two deserts. Would never visit here again and would not recommend this at all.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from Esmeralda, who remained attentive throughout our visit—frequently checking in on our table to ensure everything was going well. The food was absolutely delicious! The Grand Signature Fried Rice and Green Curry were definite standouts.

One area for improvement would be the billing process—we had to wait quite a while for our bill, which is something the management or owner should look into.

Overall, a wonderful spot to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. We’d definitely return!
