The chicken khao soi and the pad thai was very delicious! Make sure you order these because they are good. I had the beef basil as well, it was tasty, but I felt like the other dishes were their strength! I came here for a client meeting and the atmosphere was on point, it was a nice place to meet and talk. I will go back here to try their mango sticky rice! :)

I wanted to give this place a fair review, since I adore this food. I went on multiple occasions, lunch&dinner. After my last time there I have decided I will never return. They do not care about the quality of their food. I have been served burned food deliberately by hiding the burn facing down in the container, multiple times they got my order wrong only to offer no refund and wasting my time to come back to the restaurant to pickup the correct order. The curry tastes rushed and don’t think the inconsistency in food justifies the high price point. Hope you catch them on a good day.

Debbie is absolutely the best!! She goes out of her way to make everyone happy and super comfortable.. she remembers her customers even after the longest time and she is so very warm .. the food is amazing .. their sticky mango rice is a must!!!

I ordered for delivery. When the guy came the credit card machine didn't work. Then he demanded cash.... thank God I had money I usually don't carry cash. He didn't have change and told me I would have to call the restaurant. He helped himself to my change of 30 dollars. When I opened the bags the order was wrong, my drink was spilt in the bag. I called the restaurant and the "manager " ...some indian guy who refused to give me his name said I would have to come pick up my change from the store. If I could come to the store I wouldn't have had it delivered. Plus I had told them that i would be paying with a credit card so how is that my concern that their credit machine pos terminal wasn't working. He said he would talk to a manager [he told me he was a manager] and call me back about my change and the wrong order etc. He never did. I called back asking him to take the wrong order and bring me my order, that wasn't done either. I called and he said the next time they would give me the same order at no charge. I called today a week later and now the lady on the phone said she had no record of the credit nor do they do delivery Any more. Iwould have to make an order over uber or skip....itold her i don't use that.....she said She would talk to her manager [couldn't disclose his name] and call me back.... it's been 2 hours and I haven't heard back from her.......

Food was awesome! I didn’t talk to my wife for the first 10 minutes because I was enjoying the flavours so much. The rice was a bit overcooked but still slapped with all the hints of basil and spice I like from Thai food. Everything looked good at other people’s tables and ours as well. Service was top notch with the waitresses going out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing I didn’t like was my wine glass and the menus. They both had some residue on it from not being washed good enough. Not a deal breaker but cleanliness is important. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully I’ll be back soon.

Ordered Vegetable Pad Thai and received chicken. My family is vegetarian, we have been vegetarian our whole life for religious reasons. Because of this we haven’t seen chicken in dishes like this a lot so after getting it we didn’t think anything of it. We took a few bites and felt that the ‘tofu’ was chewier than it should be. We compared our pad thai with photos online and realized that we had received chicken. We were shocked, then disgusted, then simply angry at this restaurant. We called them and they said the best they could do was either send a new one or give us store credit. No refund was offered to us. Ultimately we ordered a new one but our night was ruined. What was a nice family take-out dinner turned into a nightmare. See below the original chicken pad thai we received along with the vegetable pad thai they sent after.

Went out for a work dinner with 18 colleagues. Thai Room doesn’t have a party room so they used the Gabby’s restaurant next door to accommodate all of us. The atmosphere at Gabby’s was not the best. The music was way too loud and we couldn’t even hear each other. The lights were also very dim.The food was excellent and the portion sizes were huge. We all went home with take out boxes. Our server Tia was super sweet and fulfilled all our requests very kindly. A big thank you to her for helping make our evening special.

Horrible service, I called ahead of time because I was in a rush. When I got there I found out that they messed up my order and they said it would only take 5 to 10 mins for 1 Pad Thai that they missed in my order. At the end of it all my it took 40mins for the 1 Pad Thai. Very disappointed.

Went with family, seven of us. Easy phone reservation. Gave us a nice round table, easy to share foods. Ordered multiple (more than 8 main dishes) items. Fast service. Food tasty and enjoyed BUT almost the same vegetables with most of the items ordered. This can be improved with varieties of vegetable, if multiple dishes ordered. Our server Debbie was very receptive, efficient and helpful. Thanks Debbie. Public street parking and nearby underground parking available.
