The girls working here are probably some of the worst workers I’ve ever met… we walk in and they’re just giving us stares and attitude, no greeting at all. Then when we place our order, instead of just being upfront, they start making excuses. First it was, “we don’t have the ingredients for that drink,” then suddenly the other girl chimes in with, “the blender is broken.” Like… do they think we’re stupid or something? Honestly, it would’ve been better if they just told the truth from the start (that they don’t wanna make the drink) instead of treating customers like that. I really don’t think they deserve to have a job, they’re getting paid to lie and do nothing

Latest Review: Yesterday two cashiers girl n boy were really helpful and kind. Exceptional customer service skills by two people working at the closing time. Old review: Would have given 5 stars BUT 🙄found the cashiers/customer service reps to be borderline rude or perhaps they were just not polite enough as I am used to seeing people with a smile and being really really sweet while ordering stuff. Thinking that just maybe they were tired from work but all in all a great place for jelly filled green teas and other stuff🙌🏼💕

Staff is rude most of the times and 9 out of 10 times they Sold out or something is not working after 9PM and their official closing time is 11..just close at @9 then. Its just spoiling your brand image

Stay Away from this store. They sell bad milk and other stuff. Check before you drink their product Yestetday we ordered soya milk baed drink and it was rotten, she fell sick driking their rotten product that they sold. They choose to sell bad product to customer knowingly what they did and It Was A Bad Karma. I hope one day their store goes through paying the price. Bad People .

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. The server got my order wrong and had to remake one of my drinks.
I went home to learn that he also added regular sugar to my drink when I had requested no sugar because I am a diabetic. As a result I had to throw my drink away- waste of money!

The derrioca puff is great but people working at the store are the worst. The store said closing at 11 and i was calling the from 10:45 and no one responded and when i got there close to 11 they are like oh we are closed. These guys another time i get there at 4 pm and theres a hand written sign at the door. Away will be back at 4:15. I wait till 4:15 still its not open. Then i noticed someone inside so i called the store, and the guys says you have to wait till 4:30.
The store owner or managers have to really look after there workers. These guys are on vacation during wokr hours and ruining customer satisfaction.

Drove for 30 mins to this location for them to say they are out of almost everything. This is also not the first time this happens. Its very confusing why a bubble tea store would be out of green tea and tapioca… I recommend calling before you go in so you are not disappointed.
