Drove for 30 mins to this location for them to say they are out of almost everything. This is also not the first time this happens. Its very confusing why a bubble tea store would be out of green tea and tapioca… I recommend calling before you go in so you are not disappointed.

I visited this branch today in the evening. Drink is good but the lady taking the order is very rude. Bad customer service. Never coming back here again or not recommending this branch to anyone.

The drinks are good , I just notice every time I go the customer service staff is bad. Not friendly at all, not helpful when I ask questions about the drinks . Didn't give me the receipt the last time I was there despite me asking for it. So it caused a huge confusion when I was grabbing my drinks. I only go because my wife likes their bubble tea. I'm always friendly and ask cashiers in general how they're doing because I know it's a difficult job dealing with people all day. But to them it's straight business with a bit of attitude 🤷♂️

Bubble tea place known for their brown sugar tapioca. I came here last night with a friend, it is a good place to chat and hang out. It is open late and the place inside is spacious and has some seating. I tried the royal #9 milk tea with grass jelly and you can have the option of how much sugar and ice you want. The service was friendly and the milk tea was yummy.

Everything you ask they dont do. Like adjusting the sugar level or even ice they can’t do. Do buy milktea here.
The taller employee had dropped something on the ground and picked it up and never washed her hand and continued to make the drinks.
The “Fresh” milk was also sitting on the counter the whole time.
This is not good, many people can get very sick if the Employees don’t wash their hands after picking up stuff from the ground.

Order# 106, sunday 21st July. Mostly I order crunchy brown sugar MT and it tastes good, i ordered Same thing but this time it was 5% milk tea and 95% ice. I’m extremely disappointed because I previously bought this exact drink at same location and it tasted amazing but this time it was cup of ice. Enployess were busy in talking with each other rather then making drink properly.
