The cashier was impatient and rolled her eyes several times when the POS machine experienced difficulties to process contactless payment. We tried three credit cards, they all didn’t work. So who is to blame, my credit cards or your store machine? The cashier’s attitude is unacceptable. Purchased bubble tea on Mar 15 night and the cashier is the girl who wore glasses and is shorter than the other staff.

You can’t customize your drink. That’s dumb. I just don’t want tapioca, but they tell me they have to put it in ? So I have to sit in the place and pick it out. Thanks a bunch.

Seems like they are short staffed but that’s no excuse to act rude and not acknowledge customers. The staff with pink hair and glasses clearly saw me waiting in line for 5 minutes and made eye contact with me multiple times, but she didn’t even bother acknowledging my presence or have the courtesy to tell me how long I’ll have to wait to be served. Slow service and impolite staff. Do not recommend. Pearls are hard to chew and not fresh either.

Bought the Jujutsu Kaisen drink. They have only one available which is the tropical. So disappointed. No merch came with it. Just another syrup drink. Guy said ran out of sticker. Shouldn’t we get a discount as it comes with drink all this limited merch that comes with the drink? Paid $8 for a small regular drink with no signs of jujutsu Kaisen

Friendly staff and the beverages are Delicious, also love the atmosphere of the establishment - really cozy. The parking lot is big and the parking is free which is a big plus, the spot can get really busy at times. I always get the original milk tea with tapioca.Parking: Big parking lot, free parking

This is the 2nd time I ordered deerioca fever at this location. First time I ordered cold but didn't turn brown, just pure milk and tapioca. Today I ordered hot and once again, just pure milk and tapioca. It is disgusting and it's not supposed to be like this. 8 bucks for hot milk and tapioca ? I used to order this a lot when I lived in Montréal. Trying to gain profit by saving sugar ? Will never come back here and do charity again

The service is really slow. I’ve been coming to this store for 6 months for their Ube Taro which I love, but the service is infuriatingly slow. Today it took 13 mins for one single order of Ube Taro. The staff seem competent but they have trouble keeping up with the online orders that keep coming in.Online orders tend to have multiple drinks in the order and should not be in the same queue as people waiting in the store. People need time to get to the location while patrons who are already at the location are kept waiting. It doesn’t make sense.

Called ahead in advance for a derioca fever, had it at another location and loved it. Asked for less ice as I like the warm tapioca with cold milk but they wouldn’t do it. Saying it’s fixed. I’m okay with less milk but they wouldn’t listen. Disappointing when you’re paying 8 dollars for a regular bubble tea with tip. Couldn’t finish it.

I came here recently with my boyfriend and some friends. I am very disappointed with the service that was provided. First of all, they didn’t have the drinks nor toppings we wanted and if we were to order them, it would be almost a 40-50min wait. They should’ve informed us that earlier considering we drove there and waited in line for awhile. Secondly, I noticed my drink amongst others was all done and ready. I informed the worker but she asked me for a receipt, which I told her I did not have because I never got one several times. She seemed reluctant to give it to me even though I paid for it and I would have gladly shown her the notification I got from my Apple wallet.I noticed they seem to be all over the place whenever I come here, I would just save your money and go to another location.
