Cozy, fun, and delicious hot or cold Boba or non Boba drinks i got the limited earl grey Boba drink i usually get the original Boba milk tea but this is a 10/10 i actually like Earl grey tea so hits the Gold mine!. Service is nice and welcoming and you get like straws to poke your drink here is a real life pic of my drink. ?

It's a cute little shop outside of the food District. They have a kiosk where you can order yourself as well as a cashier I ordered the brown sugar pearl matcha with soy milk, they were a little on the slow side maybe they weren't used to the amount of customers that were there at the time I found the matcha to be quite rich and on the other side the brown sugar pearl were just a little too sweet for me and I found them to be quite chewy, I wish I had gotten the matcha soy milk tea without the pearls

Pretty consistently tasting BBT across franchises. The place is usually very very busy but the staff stay calm and work well under pressure to get your orders out. Some customers were very aggressive and rude even when you can see the amount of orders and people waiting. Props to the

I ordered the deerioca Ube puff and it’s supposed to come with custard yet I got clumpy expired milk. I’ve had this drink at other locations and loved it but not too happy with it here. Save your money and go to the other location nearby.

Ordered a Large Hot Royal No. 9 because I know how inconsistent the tenderness of the tapioca is at this location when you order a cold drink. The person entered a regular size. I can't see this until after the drink is received because it's not a system that shows the customer what's entered on the screen.I talked to the person about it and he says the drink only comes in the smaller size. Straight up lie. I've ordered a large hot Royal No. 9 before from this location.I told him I would've appreciated him letting me know earlier, but he hesitated to even apologize. Just like when you try to order the passionfruit green tea, they tell you it's a large size only, or the deerioca which is the regular size only, they tell you AS you're ordering, not in place of what should be, an apology.He should've admitted his mistake and since the regular size is what I paid for, if it was okay to have it anyway.Sure, I could've declined and asked for a large anyway, but that would involve a longer process and it's simpler to accept the drink because at least, I didn't pay for the large drink, and got a regular instead.I don't know if the staff was trained to respond like this to protect the store's interest --nonetheless, unacceptable.

A busy location! The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was when they remade my friend’s drink they left out the one thing that was supposed to be included for the new drink. They are super busy though and I really appreciated that they took the time to remake the drink after some miscommunication.My drink was great though! Got the lemon wintermelon tea. It’s more lemon-y than wintermelon but I liked it.

Went there yesterday (October 24, 2023). The girl in the store blamed me and my husband for walking in to the store because she needed a few more minutes to set up. We said sorry we didn't realize the store was not open because the door was not locked and asked her when they are open. That was after 11 am and she told us they should open at 11 but she's still setting up everything and we need to wait outside of the store.. and then one more time emphasizing if the door is not wide open we shouldn't have walked in in the first place...My husband and I decided to grab drinks in another place as apparently we were not welcome due to the additional time she needed to get the store ready after the time the store should be ready. Worst part is her attitude and non-stop talking about how we shouldn't have walked in to a store already open but with door closed. Shouldn't you put on a close sign or at least lock the door to avoid confusion? All we did was apologize and exited the store but she couldn't stop lecturing... terrible customer service, definitely worst experience we ever had.
