Came by yesterday around 8:45 ish and saw one person walking out with a drink. I walk in with 2 other friends, and one guy taking the trash says just letting you know we close in 10m. I apologize and we try to make it quick and reduce the order to 2 instead of 3 so they could make it in remaining time. Before we started ordering, he proceeds to say the blender is being washed right now so we can't make a few drinks. We asked for the strawberry promotional drink we saw in front of the register and the tiramisu and he says sorry those both use the blender. It doesn't take that long to make 2 drinks and to clean a blender. This is very poor customer service if you're open till 9pm you should be remaining fully operational till then. If you want to start your cleaning then have the store officially close earlier. I understand if I came less than 5m that's a squeeze for 2 or 3 drinks but still the way he started with the 10 min left till closing and discouraging drinks because blender is being 'cleaned' implies we don't want to serve you and get out. Left a bad taste in my mouth, that's 3 customers lost then and in the future.

Waited ten minutes inside the shop for my mobile order and the employee didn’t once notify that they cancelled all mobile orders. They clearly saw me waiting there and didn’t once care to notify me until I asked myself about my order. Disappointed considering how many times I’ve ordered here in the past.
The app also didn’t give me any notification of my order being cancelled.

The drinks have a more premium feel and are good. The service has been good. And the place does not get crowed if you plan to drink in but I have only always done takeout so I can't comment much on that. A lot of yhe drink option does not allow up side and the price is a little bit higher than other bubble tea places.

I've been to The Alley in Richmond Hill and Markham several times before and they have always served the best bubble tea. This visit however, was very disappointing. I ordered a Deerioca Puff (as I normally do), and was given a cup full of mostly ice and hard, presumably old, tapioca. I will not be coming back to this location.

I swing by The Alley after class all the time. Their Royal No. 9 Milk Tea is 🔥 creamy, smooth, and subtle blueberry notes make it special. I also get the Hot Taro Ube Milk Tea with tapioca on a whim and it was comforting and perfectly chewy. Always a 5-star experience here.

My favorite bubble tea place in Mississauga! The Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk Tea is a must-try, pearls are, soft, and perfectly sweet. Staff is friendly and helpful and drinks for me is always consistent!

Tapioca was either raw or old. Wasn’t soft and chewy like it usually is. It was hard in the center still.
Love the milk tea here, their signature drinks are really good too.

I got the mango green tea, and it wasn’t very good. It comes with jelly and it supposed to be small pieces, I got huge pieces that couldn’t even go through the straw, made the all drink very gooey, throw half of it away … Expensive for the quality
