We hosted our baby shower at The Crooked Cue, Port Credit and we were so glad to have chosen them as our venue. The venue is stunning, with a lot of natural light flowing through. It was a very hot day and it was nice to still have the glass rooftop so it felt like we were outdoors but could enjoy a comfortable air conditioned environment at the same time. The food was great, and the service was amazing, right from the planning phases. The owner/management are very flexible and ensure that they accommodate as much as they can to make your vision for your event come to life. The staff was so friendly, attentive and kind on the day of our event. Our guests really enjoyed the food as well! Thank you to the team for making it a successful and memorable day for us.

Was just there tonight for the first time, everything was great. First off, I arrived about 20 minutes before my friend, they allowed me to sit and relax until he came, no hassles for taking up a table before the friend arrived, in fact the waitress was very kind. I got the veggie pizza for my meal and it was excellent, perfect crust, fresh toppings. Had a couple cranberry vodkas made to order (they remembered my request for a splash of ginger ale). Dessert was apple cobbler, it really hit the spot. Setting was awesome, sat outside in the covered patio, weather was perfect, enjoyed the good food, fresh air, and taking in the sites and sounds of port credit. Service was great! The waitress checked on us regularly but not overbearing, best of all, she had a great sense of humor and was very kind, letting us know we can take out tie. Even after bill was paid.

We recently hosted our summer social event at The Crooked Cue in Port Credit and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.

The venue itself is beautiful and versatile—our group especially loved the retractable roof, which opened up to a perfect summer evening and added such a fun, open-air vibe to the night. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was top-notch throughout the entire evening.

Great place to shoot pool. Food portions were great at a reasonable price. Service was fantastic. Great location. Definitely recommend to others

Our team recently recorded a podcast interview in the beautiful private upper-level space at The Crooked Cue, and it was perfect—quiet, full of natural light, and just the right amount of privacy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

After the recording, we stayed for lunch and were blown away. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The Jambalaya was one of the best I had ever had, while cauliflower bites, Fish tacos, smokehouse burgers were all freshly made and perfectly seasoned. The overall vibe of the place is relaxed yet stylish, with a great mix of pub charm and modern touches.

Highly recommend both for casual dining and special occasions. We'll definitely be back!

My fiancee and I had our engagement celebration with friends at Crooked Cue and everything went so well! The bartenders and staff were very accommodating and just a joy to be around. Thank you again and I would recommend having your events at Crooked Cue in Port Credit.

As a resident of port credit and prior to having a baby, I’ve always recommended crooked cue to anyone/everyone frequenting PC, but today the hostess and supervisor stated our stroller beside our table is against their “health and safety” policies. I requested if we could sit right at the end of the patio (basically on the sidewalk) with our stroller, and they also said they cannot accommodate that. I have a very particular 1 year old who mug rather enjoy her stroller than a wooden high chair, I also have never been denied allowing my daughter to sit in her stroller when frequenting any restaurant prior to this.

Obviously, understanding they are just relaying information told to them by management, I just stated I would instead bring my daughter in her stroller into another establishment instead and continued on. The hostess and supervisor were pleasant when relaying the info.

The only issue I have with the establishment, is the information which was relayed today.
I understand when an establishment does not allow underage children, I understand when an establishment also doesn’t allow dogs.
But when an establishment is basically empty, and the patio has only one other patron with a dog who was pacing back and forth in the aisle of the patio on leash (not a service dog), and they are allowing this dog, but will not allow my daughter to sit in her stroller it is a bit off putting. This is very much an accessibility issue for an establishment, but said that a stroller is an apparent “health and safety” concern, but a dog isn’t? Would wheel chairs also be a health and safety concern then too?

I have no issues with rules, I think it is important to follow them. But the rules seemed to be flawed and lack logic, because surely dogs on an exposed patio of a restaurant seem to pose more of a “health and safety” concern than a stroller on a sidewalk beside my table.

Hopefully these rules can be ironed out, or enforced in a more logical manner. My first poor experience frequenting this establishment, sadly.

Thought it would be nice to hang out with my friends and play some pool at The Crooked Cue (in which we called ahead to ask if there were any tables open) but we were denied entry for not being 21… all of us were over the age of 19. We were told “there’s a lot of older people in here, you wouldn’t match the vibe” by the security guard who checked our IDs. I don’t see this as being reasonable. We brought our business to door fifty five instead

Generally love the Cue as a long time patron. However, food quality has diminished greatly recently and menu is overly large and outdated. Hope this is rectified soon with the Holiday party season in full effect.

This place offers a perfect weekend vibe with enjoyable music and excellent service from a quick and attentive staff. It is a fantastic spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a game of pool, with tables freeing up every 30 minutes, ensuring ample playtime.

However, the food was underwhelming. The Margherita pizza had an overly tangy tomato base and sparse cheese, while the crust was pleasantly thin.
The French fries were soggy, unfortunately making the overall food experience below average.

Despite this, the lively atmosphere and the friendly staff make the visit worthwhile.
A big shoutout to the cute staff who are great at providing best service.
