We enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day Dinner at home prepared by Chef Taylor and coordinated by Chelsea. From the on-line ordering; the personalized email sent confirming the order; numbering the meal choices for the 4 of us; easy pick up and delicious food; everything went seamlessly and was perfect. Mixed results. Had difficulty ordering with the app multiple times and when we called in, more or less was told that we had no choice but to use the app, she refused to take our order over the phone. Not helpful at all. What happens if you have a person who is not tech savvy? Poor customer service. When we were there in person, I remember being pretty underwhelmed with the service also.
