Small place, we were doubtful to enter, but food was great, service was superb, and price was right!

I was really high when I went to eat here with some friends after we did some edibles and got the munchies. The pork bone soup stays winning, would love to do it again!

The service is good. Atmosphere is ok. The food price raise quite high, the ginseng chicken soup has less flavour on ginseng. Used to come often to this franchise store but now less as some local Korean store make better meals and cheaper.

Their soondaegook (pork sausage soup) is far the best I've had, I always make the drive from Kitchener -Waterloo just to have this. Huge portions too.

I was so exited to eat the food we ordered I only took a picture halfnway through. Been here 3 times now and i love it! Service is fast and the table is provided with water and a couple banchan (korean side dishes such as licked radish, kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumber). The soup broth has an absolutly amazig rich mouh feel. Everythign tastes amazing. I also like the owl statue

Their Mul NaengMyun is my favourite dish from here and I was blown away the first time I had it. It was so delicious to have on a hot summer day. I came back 3 times to eat it again. Another meal I like to have with my boyfriend is their La Kalbi with a bowl of rice paired with their side dishes. The atmosphere is very cozy and the workers here as nice too! I recommend coming here for a comforting meal.

I've been coming here for years, and the food's still solid—great if you're craving hot soup and comforting Korean dishes. But the prices have gotten pretty steep, and portions are shrinking. I paid $17 for Kam Ja Tang (3 pork bones, 1/2 piece of potato) and $19 for Budae Jigae, which had a few bits of sausage and ham, but barely any ramen—maybe a quarter pack. After tax, it was around $40 for two people, not including tip.

It’s pretty busy on weekend evenings, but totally worth the wait.

Dear owner!!

This is how bad and incompetent their staff is. I hate writing bad reviews but I hope the owner reads it and talk some sense to their staff. This complaint is regarding about separate bills.

I want acknowledge that separate bills are hard on weekends and big parties. I'm all for it when its busy with large groups.

Tonight we order take out!!!! Repear, take out!!! 2 seperate orders going into two different cars. Our orders was 3 glass noodles. I inform the young women on the phone that, two Glass noodles is on one bill and the one glass noodles is on another. She told me no separate bills???? I told her, do you want me to hang up and have my friend call you back and order separately?? Its the same thing. She then agree and took our orders.
When we arrived, she put everything on one bill. Shocked!!!!!!!
She said i told you no separate bills. I was Floor and speechless.
My friend then told the server, we dont know each other. Therefore, now she has no choice to seperate it.

Terrible service, if she have taken 2 orders over the phone. This wouldn't happen.
It took her 2 sec to seperate it!!

Late night service is very bad. Bad attitude! This isn't the first time. But this time was too ridiculous I have to leave a bad review.

Went there and the guy showed us where to sit, but it was near the washroom and there is an awful smell in the area where he wanted us to sit. So we asked him nicely if we can transfer to the other corner and he said no (this is around lunch time).
So we just told him that we will sit in the middle so he dropped the menu harshly in the table and removed the other extra table that is connected to the two tables (banging it, and it feels like he is very annoyed) so we decided to just leave and go to the other location as the person there is very rude. We were asking him nicely.

We were a group of six and had been looking forward to dining at Owl of Minerva in Mississauga. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing . When we arrived, we were seated at a table very close to the washroom, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor. We politely asked if it was possible to move to another table.

Instead of responding with basic courtesy, he reacted with visible frustration. He dropped the menus onto the table forcefully and moved our table roughly, creating a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. His behavior made us feel completely unwelcome, as if our simple request was a major inconvenience.

Despite being hungry and initially excited to eat there, we decided to leave because no one deserves to be treated that way. We’ve dined at other Owl of Minerva locations before and had much better service, but this was by far the worst customer service experience we’ve had at any restaurant. We hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should ever feel disrespected or mistreated for simply asking for a more suitable seat.

It's 2nd time visiting there. Every single served food is tasty and enough for each person. Also, Kimchi is very nice.
