Love this place. Food is always taste freshly made. No complaints at all. Friday and Saturday I believe is their all you can eat seafood. But I've only had take out due to the time work ends for me. They have lots of wine options too if that's your thing.

Incredible experience! 10/10!
We had our company Christmas party at the Flames Castle tonight and nothing else compares. Great food (buffet style) especially if you love seafood. High quality establishment!

The only comment I have is that the food is rather cold which i didn't like. One has to be there when they bring it hot from the kitchen.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone it’s the worst the food is cold the service sucks and they charge 15% for tip when you get your bill you didn’t have a choice. I’m going to call the ministry on this restaurant about the food temperature you can’t sell food that’s to be hot ice cold. And for the bathroom I would advise people to hold it until they get home.🤮

Flames Castle restaurant is an exquisite blend of Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine. We were immediately greeted with warm and friendly greeters and wait staff. We were seated promptly and waited for the buffet to start at 5pm.

The ambience was elegant, open with large church like stained glass windows surrounding the place, decorative golden tile ceilings with a stage set for live entertainment.

As soon as the waitress gave us the okay to walk up, we were delighted by fresh seafood, succulent steaks, pork chops, chicken and crispy golden fried appetizers like calamari, fish cakes, and shrimps and yes, we can’t forget the lobster. It was so delicious and at a cost of only $49.99, we were totally satisfied.

The live band playing added a touch of class as we ate and casually walked back and forth to the buffet table to sample the feast before our eyes. They even sang ‘happy birthday’ as they brought out a traditional Portuguese treat for me.

We would highly recommend this restaurant to all our friends and family. We are already looking forward to trying their special brunch buffet happening from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 2pm for only $12.99.

Came for the seafood buffet and was not disappointed. Food was excellent and service was fast and excellent, despite it being a busy night dishes were taken quickly.

This restaurant actually looks cool and seems like it would be great for hosting small events.

But the food is like below average and the service is non-existent. They are seriously rationing tap water over there. What is in the buffet? No label, recooked garbage.

For these price points, fresh ingredients and good service can be found. Will not darken their doorsteps with my business again.

I went for the all you can eat lobster option, but that was something that was not readily available. We had to wait almost halfway through dinner to get a lobster, but by that time it was available I was feeling full. The food overall did not taste very fresh and the flavours were not to my liking.
The live music was refreshing and made the difference.
I would not go here again, and my companion felt the same.

This was our first time here, and will certainly be our last. The food was overly salty, service horrendous, bathroom a health hazard, and the kicker was that a group of 6 had to seperate their own bill as they refused to issue separate cheques for the couples. The restaurant was not busy, but finding your server was a challenge. When confronted over their in ability to split the cheque, they wanted to come stand over us as we had to do the calculations. Sigh

We were excited to experience this restaurant as it had great reviews from friends who'd attended previously, but even they were shocked and disappointed in the quality of service and food.

The female bathroom was an accident in the making. The floor was horribly wet from the sink faucets over spray, and toilet paper everywhere. Even after advising a waiter of slipping, it was not tended to.

All this to say, we traveled from far to visit thia restaurant and it wasn't worth the gas or price of the meal.
