I recently visited franklin house and was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Shavya. From the moment I walked in, Shavya made me feel incredibly welcomed and attended to every detail with care and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and attentiveness elevated the entire dining experience, ensuring everything was perfect. I left not only satisfied with the delicious food but also with a deep appreciation for the outstanding service. Thank you, Shavya, for making my visit memorable! Highly recommend!

Not sure how this place is still operating.
From the few times I've visited I can see that there are definite violations taking place here. If you watch long enough you will see what I mean without me highlighting them directly.
The amount of random men walking behind the bar pouring drinks is astounding, maybe smart serve should be a badge displayed so we know who really should be behind that bar.
I've heard rumors the girls aren't treated great...... probably why they don't employ male servers working the bar/floor, fear or retaliation, they push the men to the kitchen out the way (must say the guys in the kitchen are all amazing).
After the few (possibly 4) times I've visited I can honestly say I'd probably not return due to the terrible working conditions to the staff that give their all to that establishment.
