It is my birthday today and we decided to eat at the Fry dundas since we love their chicken however we are very disappointed with the lady infront ( owner ) since she was not satisfied with the amount we paid ( asking for tip ) and made faces and looks really upset and when I said thank you she looked away instead and crumpled the bill.

The place is always empty maybe bcoz of that lady’s attitude.
Still their chicken is good just order take away maybe but make sure of ur order since saw returned orders with wrong sauce in it and the lady was really arguing with the customer to the point that the customer left and did not even take his paid order.

✅ Yummy Korean fried chicken 🍗 the staff are friendly, polite, and provide fast service. The restaurant is not very large but has a cozy atmosphere.

I absolutely love the fries and wings combo! It’s my go-to comfort food. One thing I don’t like is, whether I’m ordering inside or over the phone, the lady server makes it really hard for me to order a side of the butter garlic powder for my fries. She always gives attitude and says powder on the combo isn’t an option (which I am aware of, which is why I get the powder on the side because it’s an add-on on their Uber menu). It’s always a back and forth with her. She’s honestly the reason why I mostly order on uber and not dine in anymore

First of all the lady that is serving was so kind to give us free extra sweet corn to taste, thank you!
Food is 10/10 and the serving, oh man! We ordered a small regular chicken fry and to our amazement it's a food for 4 or 5 people so of course we have a takeout on our way home..
Worth the visit guys, try it out!

Ordered boneless chicken with Spicy sauce from Brampton(30 km) for pickup. Came home and noticed it was a sweet sauce which we didn't like, called and advised we got the wrong order, the restaurant advised they were busy and might have given the incorrect one, even though there was only one table to serve when I picked it up. The restaurant was not even thinking of solving the issue, advised we were lying and asked us to come all the way to prove that it was sweet, didn't bother to argue with them and go all the way, threw it in the garbage.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! We didn’t have to wait long at all for our meals, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout.
The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the space got uncomfortably hot pretty quickly. With the heat, even the water became lukewarm, which made it a bit less enjoyable.
That said, the overall experience was still a solid 7 out of 10 — mainly thanks to the great food and attentive service. Hopefully the A/C gets fixed soon!

Although its a relatively smaller location, the Korean fried chicken is DEFINITELY worth waiting for a table! One of the best chicken places in Mississauga for sure and definitely a hidden gem!

One of the workers (the lady) in the shop was very disrespectful from the phone call to place the order to picking up the order, she didn’t understand cordial customer service or even basic human mannerisms. I was clarifying the price of one of the crispy chicken dishes and she hung up on me. Finally, I got an order in after 3 phone calls. I then arrived at the shop to pick up the food and I asked if sides were included and she started saying I’d never been here before and how I should know better about how they operate. To be honest, I’ve also had better fried chicken as the spicy chicken was rather sweet. Overall, the chicken was alright at best but the service was abysmal. I hope she takes some time to better educate herself on proper customer service.

All of that doesnt matter...only the taste of the food. It was oil, batter and chicken. No flavor, no spices. They pride themselves on a crispy batter which shouldnt cost so much to make. It was nasty and tasteless. The fries are the cheap processed type. Wont be going back. Not sure why reviews are so high. Not worth the hype.

Whenever I crave Korean fried chicken, my go-to spot is The Fry in Mississauga. The chicken here is always so delicious, offering new flavours each time. Their serving size is perfect for two people, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They even gave us a complimentary cheese corn as a side.
We ordered their boneless half & half, soy garlic and sweet and savoury sauce. We also got their garlic butter fries as well. Those two flavours are probably my favourites here. The chicken is fried to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
