It seems friendly, but it's not. I added a tip when I paid, but she just threw me the receipt and left without saying a word. I guess I should have just left without tipping and never seen her again.

Dishonest Service at “Heart” Restaurant - Avoid It!

My experience at Heart was a complete disappointment. The service was downright shady. The waiter deliberately didn’t apply the discount codes I had, which would’ve lowered the bill significantly. When I pointed this out, it became clear he had intentionally skipped applying them to keep the total higher—and maximize his tip. After I insisted, he reluctantly adjusted the bill, but the whole situation felt like an attempt to scam me. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

Very nice place. We git a booth and it was very comfortable considering it was a very early morning, this was a plus! The food was great! The peameal on a bun with the added egg and cheese was delicious and filling. The western omelet was very good too and the oatmeal was very tasty! Drinks were perfect too. Our server Carly was amazing too! Such a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely consider this place again next time at pearson!

The service is awful . We sat almost half and hour for our food and at the end they brought burnt flat bread and it was very cold , when we’ve asked them to bring us another food the waitress didn’t even apologized for giving us cold burnt flatbread which was sitting on the counter service for a while and she forgot to bring it .
The lemon juice we’ve asked for salad was so little and we had to ask them again to bring us some more .

Good to have a great breakfast before boarding in early morning.

Typical Airport environment. Busy with lots of chatter. Service was good, generous portions, best dill/tartar sauce is served with the fish. Frozen fries, nothing special. Hosre radish in the Ceasar was a nice touch, but for $16.00, there had to be something. All in all, it was better than most..

Had the salmon with sweet potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. Nice to have such a good meal at the airport! Service was good, too. Enjoy waiting for your flight!

Have eaten here for breakfast and lunch, for an airport restaurant, prices are reasonable and portions are a good size. Had the burger today was probably close to 1/3-1/2lb and cooked perfectly, fries were crisp and hot. My wife had the chicken burger and it was a full chicken breast with crispy coating but not too greasy.

Vegetarian options: Have a Veggie Burger

We were seated in the hallway area while the restaurant was empty. We had a 3-course meal (starter, main course and dessert for $40).
I've never had to eat so fast in my life. The 3 were served in 15 minutes top time. We hadn't even finished one dish when the other was already on the table cooling.
It's a shame, the food was good. We were really rushed by the waiter.
We went there because it was the only restaurant we found that served pasta.

If I could give service one star I would.
I was seated by the fire oven where it was very hot. Was told I could move by the window, where I heard my server complaining that she was still on break, huffing and puffing about my sitting there. In the past I have had a great experience, but It was very unpleasant energy, I decided to leave and don’t think I’ll be returning.
