The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Square One

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday, and our server Melissa played a huge part in making the night so special! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodated my allergies. The steaks & cocktails were delicious, and they were even able to stream the Lakers playoff game for us. Big thanks to the whole service team!!

Always great food, service and atmosphere at The Keg. We make it a semi annual event each year to visit the Keg.

It's a good place to celebrate birthday. The environment is quiet and cozy. Server is nice and friendly.

Great dinner out with friends. The Keg is always one of our favourite dining spots out. Our server Jessica made it that much better. Her fun spirit and attitude as well as providing amazing service made the evening even that much more enjoyable.

Great service, food was amazing as usual. We had a guest visiting and had never been to this restaurant before and left very happy.

towards the end it felt like we were forgotten about. we had to go looking for staff to look after the table.

Management was A+++. We were there for a dance comp and the manager took the very best care of us!!! Will come again!

From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly by the hostess. Who by the way she went out of her way to print pictures of dragons for our son. Our waiter Erick was super polite, friendly and kind to us. It felt like we knew for a long time when we had just met him. Thank you for a great time and making us feel welcomed.

the noise level was more because Saturday nights are family nights. It was a little noisy but not overwhelming.

Used a GC given to me by a very close friend. I was told that the GC had no value. When I contacted HO I was advised by Grace Geekie that the GC was redeemed at another location on Dec 2. Responded that the GC was in my desk drawer on that day. sent 2 emails asking for clarification but got no response. There has to be an issue that I am not being told about. Very poor service

Had dinner with family at this location last night. It took approximately one hour and 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Everyone’s steak was extremely undercooked, my daughter’s burger was burnt to a point of being inedible. The keg was always an easy go to for a predictable meal/service. We had a very unfortunate experience last night and definitely won’t be back to this location.

Perfect venue for all occasions. Excellent ambiance, food and service. Cheers to bartender Adam who was fantastic. We'll definitely be back.

Been there for the Christmas dinner with my colleagues, wonderful place, superb prime rib, so tender and delicious, all sides are good, the cheese cake is also very good, not too sweet but very bold cheese flavor, the service is also great

I found the 18-oz prime rib steak and the nachos and cheese to be quite enjoyable. However, I did feel the cheese cakes were overpriced.
