The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Square One

Went to KEG twice in two days — that's how good it was. First night: Top Sirloin and salad. Second night: Filet Mignon and salad (hands down, the winner). The Spanish wine was perfect, and dining solo at the bar was such a vibe 🍷✨

Had a wonderful experience at the SQUARE One Keg location. Our servers Kaitlyn and Jessica were extremely attentive and proactive while taking care of our large table. Our drinks never ran low for too long, the food was superb, the server's recommendations were always on point...can't thank these guys enough. Thanks for having us!

I made a reservation on Thanksgiving for turkey dinner. I reserved a standard table but when I arrived, I was seated near the bar where the baseball game was on at high volume. I had zero intension of going to dinner to watch a baseball game. The meal was good but not exceptional. We had the turkey dinner however the carrots were dried out. The garlic mash potatoes were served and they are always gummy. I'm not sure why The Keg keeps serving these gummy potatoes but they are not quality. I went to Square One for a dining room table. I live 5 min from Sherway but went out of my way because I didn't want to sit at the bar. I ended up at the bar. Disappointing.

Timing of the food delivery was really odd... we had our mains rushed out to us a few minutes after starting our appetizers. We were also rushed out even though the restaurant was not busy... I wanted to order some more drinks but the server came out with our bill without asking. Don't really recommend this place.

Very good meal tonight. Our server Angie was very switched on and helpful. Steaks were done perfectly ( cooked to order and well rested) and my wife's burger and sons blackened chicken were pronounced excellent. Very good experience overall

Fantastic spot, great service and the Keg food you expect. The entire meal was perfect, especially the Ahi Tuna started which was amazing. Steaks were cooked perfectly (I'll get the filet instead of the baseball sirloin next time because I like the tenderness regardless of flavour, but personal choice here). The only issue is the parking which is behind the location and a little walk but in the cold, not fun. Otherwise, fantastic.

Was created by the host and manager when I walked in. Both very professional. Gave me a receipt right away to pay for my parking. The ambience of the restaurant was beautiful. The food was tasty and my steak done to perfection. Celebrated my friends birthday. They gave her their famous Mile High cake at no charge. Jessica our server was lovely. Recommend this Keg!

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend this location.

Our server was being trained but she was warm & hospitable. Food was excellent wings, tuna appetizer followed by strip steak and filet. Rickards red always great, wife had the margarita very nice

Our server wasn't very welcoming. We had another server versus our own come check up on us a few times. Our actual server I didn't catch her name but made us seem like we were a huge inconvenience. We asked for a to go bag.. she just didn't even come back someone else had to get us the bag. We were celebrating my son's dance competition and we always come to the keg as a celebratory dinner. We were left highly disappointed

Keg is always amazing, this location gave us a great experience. French onion soup is always our go to :)

The service was very slow. My teriyaki steak didn't taste like it had been marinated. Tasted teriyaki on the first bite and last. Server never came back to check on how things were. Also were served bread to start as usual but no knives or cutlery to apply butter. I understand it was busy but really.

Celebrated my friends graduation and we just walked in! The double spicy margarita was 👌🏽

Overall average experience - food was good, ambience was good but the problem was service. Too slow and too many reminders to get food, drinks and then still they two orders wrong which they rectified promptly. Hence giving them good stars but service is key in hospitality sector
