Our overall experience this time around was lacklustre, which was very disappointing since my mom and I have always had lovely visits in the past. We brought my dad and brother to celebrate my dad's birthday, but we left feeling let down by both the food and the incredibly long wait for our main courses. Our server — I believe her name was Zara — was excellent and truly did her best to offset the delays, but the evening continued to go downhill. We waited well over an hour (closer to an hour and a half) for our mains. When they finally arrived, my dad's Branzino & shrimp was literally cold. My cioppino was also not hot and tasted nothing like the last two times I've ordered it. It was even served with cold, charred bread. My brother ordered the salmon and has a dairy allergy, so it came completely dry with no sauce — something we were never informed about. We had to ask for a dairy-free alternative once we realized how tasteless and dry the dish was. We sent my dad's meal back, and while a replacement came within about 20 minutes, it was dropped off by a woman who appeared to be a manager and she didn't say a single word of apology or acknowledgment. It was honestly shocking. He wasn't even able to enjoy his meal as he just shared the lamb shank with my mom (which she enjoyed) and he was full. We had also ordered the lobster risotto and cauliflower as takeout for my sister-in-law and husband. When I asked if the cauliflower could be cancelled (or kept if not), the same manager-type individual told us it would be complimentary. Later, they also brought out a free birthday dessert for my dad, which we appreciated — but unfortunately, these gestures didn't make up for the overall experience, especially given that our bill was around $900. We've had amazing meals here before, but this visit was deeply disappointing on many levels. It was incredibly unfortunate that the food was certainly not worth the wait!

How did I not know about this hidden gem? 💎💎💎💎💎. The location is away from all the noise. When you step in, the ambiance is warm and welcoming. Presentation is everything! The drinks, the food, and the service were outstanding and the portion sizes were generous. A must. I will definitely be going again.

As usual , exceptional food and service . Cosmopolitan was one of best ever , great wine . Caesar salad is hands down my favourite of any restaurant. Appetizer ( escargot ) and steak special were 10 plus as was salmon . Our friends had never been , they were super impressed ! It's a great vibe and though very busy , great acoustics allow for easy conversation .

We had a great experience. Olga was absolutely amazing. The whole team is friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent. We had the NY strip, cauliflower au gratin, brussels sprouts, french onion soup and the traditional bolognese. Everything was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

I hosted a work event for a partner this evening. A group of ~20 people, the ambiance and decor was very good. But for me, the highlight was the very good food and some of the best service I’ve received in a restaurant in a very long time. Highly recommended.

Went here for a work dinner and had a great experience. Ambience is excellent for work meetings - light music with easy to talk volumes, and not crowded. Ambience is excellent and reminds one of a classic Chicago or New York hotel bar. The customer service is outstanding, the best service I’ve had in a long time, and hard to come by these days. Hostess staff were kind and welcoming despite me being a bit late. Our waiter, Adrian, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, and honest when he was not sure about something. Service was attentive without being intrusive. The experience was outstanding. The drink menu was great and the food menu was excellent with multiple options. Some steak aficionados may say there is a lack of variety in the cuts of steaks; they are a steak house but only have 4 types of steaks (although there are two sizes for strip and fillet). This really isn’t a big deal at all as most customers prefer more variety on the menu with other non-steak fare rather than 15 types of steak (eg Oliver’s), and the cuts they have are what most customers would look for (ribeye, New York strip, filet, and tomahawk). Menu has something for everyone. I had a French onion soup (great), the lamb shank with scallops (good - lamb was perhaps a little under-seasoned for my personal taste but still good and cooked to perfection. Who needs extra sodium these days anyways). Mains took a little long to come out but we weren’t in a rush and didn’t mind. Portion size is good. The cheesecake dessert was like a work of art and excellent, like something you’d see on TV. It felt like a crime to destroy it by eating it. Staff were very patient and didn’t rush us out. They split a bill for us without any issues. Overall, price point is probably a bit high for the food but well worth it for the outstanding service experience. Will return for sure.

My very first time to this restaurant The Park Steakhouse as my friend is a regular there. The food is amazing, the special of the day shrimps soup is so delicious and my octopus dish is so yummy. The restaurant is very elegant , lots of nice places to take pictures. The service was good too. I will be back.
