Extremely slow service. Calamari took over half an hour to make which was just as long as it took to serve my beer. Servers did not check up on my table. I had to follow up with the severs several times to get my food

Went here today for my Birthday celebration. Very bad kitchen service. We reserved our table for 10 pm. The table was not even cleaned and was all sticky. They served the water bottle but no glasses and now its 11 pm- we have not even received our Appetizers yet and we only ordered two things-Calamari and Jerk Chicken Tacos. Would not be coming here again. Very slow and pathetic kitchen service. Food is average but Cajun Chicken Fettuccine was good. Got my birthday brownie after 30 min of waiting. Would not recommend anyone to come here esp on their special occasions- such a waste of time and mood.

We attended our friendly casual wedding here on the second floor. The atmosphere was lovely. The food was amazing. But the seating was aligned so tightly that it was difficult to maneuver. I'm sure they had last minute additions. Overall, great food, friendly staff and a nice quaint atmosphere.

I was really looking forward to eat here. I arrived at 9:20pm to dine in with friends & was told that the kitchen was closed due to slow business. Very ridiculous and unprofessional, there shouldn’t be a posted schedule if the service is gonna be based on the customer traffic.

The Port House Social just hosted my daughter's Bridal Shower. The food was fantastic, the servers were attentive, and small issues or miscommunications were handled quickly. I highly recommend the Loft at the Port House for your gathering.

Been here multiple times while on trips visiting friends. Never disappoints. Staff are always super kind and ready to make recommendations. Drinks are well made and menu has a great variety. As a vegetarian, I am able to find many tasty options.

Would definitely recommend for a date or large gathering. Atmosphere and vibe can fit everything!

We celebrated my daughter's Communion luncheon at the Mississauga location, where we reserved the entire top floor. It provided us with a private bathroom and a stunning view. The food was not only delicious but served hot, and the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

Vegetarian options: The cauliflower tacos were so filling. They were very flavourful.
My hubby had the beef sliders and fries. The service was amazing . The place has a great dj. If looking for a fun night with music, food and drinks definitely a place to go.

I hosted my husbands birthday celebration here and they did an amazing job with everything! Brian’s organized the party in the upper room and was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. The food and service were excellent. The servers Emma and Jessica also provided fantastic service! I’d highly recommend hosting a party here anytime!

I had the pleasure of being served by DEE at Port House and I can't say enough good things. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering perfect drink recommendations based on my preferences. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but she had such a friendly and engaging attitude that really made the experience special. She checked in just the right amount, making sure we had everything we needed without interrupting our time. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about creating a great atmosphere. The food and drinks where amazing ! Highly recommend this bar and especially DEE for making the night unforgettable!
