Terrible food. It had no seasoning and there was no sauce. I literally never leave reviews but the shawrma was so bad I had to leave one. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They did not add enough veggies in falafal or in shawarma wrap, despite specifically requesting. This has happened third time. Do not go by their menu and images, you get a pita and shawarma, little to no veggies/condiments/hamas/sauces. No taste at all. Falfal is not worth $8.99+tax.

Buddy ordered some specials from Uber eats. On one of the boxes, it stated they had run out of rice and gave half salad instead (how?! it wasn't very late on a weekend...). Half of the orders were half salad instead of full rice. The rice we did get was hard and old (audible crunch). The beef was questionable and chicken was dry. With so many places that make great shawarma, I'd look elsewhere.

Very little meat i ordered double chicken (extra chicken). This looks like they added maybe a tablespoon more meat then what I would expect from a standard order. All the other reviews are correct their portions are not worth the price point. They also forgot my extra garlic sauce on the side. Your better off going to subway

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Chicken and toppings were gross, chicken was dry and was cooked twice and was drenched in oil see pictures. You can see the amount for grease.Had to throw it away after my coworker threw up and myself not feeling any good at all.Think twice before ordering here.

Had an amazing 1st experience with them and suggested all my friend to try it wven picked up at the store myself after a long day at work its is a hearty meal and i absolutely love it. Wouldve said this along with shawarma royale best places for shawarma in the gta..But today i ordered from uber eats because i wanted to stay in . Mind you this is the 3rd time ive ordered from the location so ita not my 1st rodeo.Absolutely horrid. Stale fries. Cold wrap. Hardly any chicken whatsoever. I got 1 piece with just pickle. I wonder if i asked for no pickle would they have just given me plain bread. Jeez i mean this was absolutely an insult to shawarma.I understand this may have been because of new years rush but it totally pit me off.Last time i order from them via uber eats. Great end to 2020 leaving toxic stuff in the old year. Would still give it one in store shot to see what exactly is the problem.My problem wasnt that they were bad by default. My problem was that they were soo insanely good and to serve this nonsense . Is just pathetic. Cant get the taste of the stale fries out of my mouth jeez where is listerine when you need it.Fyi that is a pic of the amount of chicken in the thickest part of the 12 dollar wrap.

Worst food I've ever had. Got the chicken shawarma. Right off the bat it smelled extremely odd, like rotten meat. I ignored the smell and went for a bite. First thing I noticed was a gush of oil hitting the back of my mouth. I couldn't hold it in, spitted it out instantly. The wrap was completely coated with a slimy oil that made it hard to even hold. If you're thinking of getting some shawarma..... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 shawarma shack boxes from Uber eats: 16 dollars each. It was a medium sized take out box and even that was not filled up to the brim. No way it is worth 16 bucks for that size. The description says "hefty" portion of chicken which is laughable. Taste was average. The chicken was missing the typical Shawarma flavour. Tasted more like boiled than roasted. Won't try again.
I ordered from this place off of uber eats a couple of times, no issues until now. I got the 1/2 chicken shawarma a about a month ago it came with a side of pickles and a pita with garlic sauce to dip with. ordered this today, no pita or pickles, all it was just shredded chicken with a squirt of garlic sauce on one side. So I don't how this order is supposed to come. on ubereats the only options are sauce or no sauce add fries drink for like 5 something. it already costs $16.99 I think it is not worth it if normally comes in the state I received it today.

The word "Dry" in Oxford Dictionary should list this shawarma as an example. One of worst shawarma I have ever tried. The Saj Bread was also burnt in places. Clear instructions for no pickles was not followed. I guess these places by nature are Hit or Miss. But I am not taking any more chances.

Experienced authentic shawarma in GTA for the first time. Their Shawarma's are not stuffed with mayonnaise, ketchup and fillers like other similar joints i.e. Osmow and Lazeez.

Ok, so there are 3 places I'll get takeout from on the regular and this place has become my 4th one. I've ordered from them over half a dozen times at this point and let me tell you, this place is awesome.Food portions are HUGE, price is right, taste is FRESH plus you're supporting a local small businessYou literally can't go wrong
