Large and tasty burger. Cool and industrial interior and absolutely incredible server. Polite and hard working, took time to point out specials and made the dinner so much better with recommend foods.

Food was great and Aash was such a great server! She was super quick, helpful to all our needs, knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations that suited us. We had been here a couple times before as a couple and liked the food and found the service good. Tonight was the first time with our kids and Aash made it an easy experience, getting the kids set up with crayons and drawing, sippy cups and fries, and being sweet with them. Everything was great - food and service!

Single star rating across the board because we received no food, no service and no atmosphere. Twice we have visited here with my family during the posted hours and the doors have been closed. Last visit was today March 4 at 1:45p.m. It's too bad the place looks great.

This is my second time here in a couple of weeks. Tonight my son & I stopped in for a couple of poutines & milkshake. Everything was very yummy! The price was excellent and our waiter was very polite and attentive. Great 70s, 80s music too! We'll be back!

Quite disappointed in the level the works has dropped to. Burgers were burnt and dry, seems like a recurring theme. Don’t think this location will last too long. Utkar tried his best but he isn’t the cook at the end of the day. The burgers only look good in photos, but here I’ve posted the charred hard to bite bits as well. Terrible.Parking: Relatively cheap in front of the restaurant if you find parking.

The burgers were decent, but unfortunately, the staff lacked attentiveness. Although they efficiently seated us, handed out menus, and took our orders, they seemed to forget about us once the food arrived. There was no follow-up on our dining experience, no offers for additional drinks, and our empty trays remained on the table until we paid the bill, even though we had been sitting for 30 minutes after finishing our meals chatting. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the staff appeared disengaged, many of them on their phones sitting in the back. Additionally, the area near the kitchen resembled an office space, with a large dining table cluttered with staff belongings, including boots under the table, which felt out of place in a dining setting. It would be more appropriate to have a separate back office for such activities. 2 stars for the location and staff. The best Works location is Brampton, go there!

Love all the other locations that I have been to but this one was pretty bad. The food was not on par with the other locations and they were out of ice cream which meant no milkshakes available and no tap beer was available either. Go to a different WORKS location for a better experience and better food. Also don't understand the Christmas decor still up in February... weird.
Horrible burgers. The Sweet chicken deep fried something was burnt to a level It could choke . Too dry. The beef burger was also burntNot the worlds best burger like they mentioned for sure

Had a burger with fries and a beer. The burger took a while and the patty was quite dry. The fries that came along were cold but were replaced.Didn't really enjoy the food which was pretty overpriced.

The worst experience I've had in this place ever. Only 1 server during a dinner service. She was somewhat forgetful and left us waiting a long time. I saw someone walk out as well because they waited so long. It was my birthday dinner. I had signed up for the rewards through the works website. I thought I was supposed to receive a free burger but instead was just asked to forward the confirmation email to the restaurant's email address, and nothing happened after that. Totally would not recommend this to anyone, ever. The food tasted good but that's the only positive thing I have to say. For the amount spent (over $60) for two people, I expect better.

i think my waitress was high, me and my boyfriend ordered a diet coke and a root beer, she proceeded to come back 10 minutes later with two waters and said “here’s your diet coke and here’s your root beer” i honestly didn’t even know how to respond to that comment, onion rings were good burgers were
