had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed a simple order and was told it would be ready in about 20minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes — that's an extra 20 minutes with no explanation or update from the staff. When I asked about the delay, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care. There was no apology or sense of urgency at all and they started preparing the order when i started asking questions about the order. Poor customer service like this really takes away from the overall experience.

I have been a regular customer here for the last 2 years because I genuinely enjoy the kulchas. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. The girl serving was extremely arrogant and rude, showing a lot of unnecessary attitude. As a loyal customer, I expect at least basic respect and decent service. Food may be good, but service like this really spoils the overall experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue because regulars like me come back not only for taste but also for hospitality.
