It’s Timmy’s inside Sq One Mall. It’s nice.

Parking: Lots of parking - if you don’t park at entrance nearby you will have to walk around the mall to find it.

Its been 2 years coming to the this tim hortons near chai time and I everytime order everything bagel with hashbrown and it always taste yum but today it was not good in taste they didnot put full patty of hash brown. It was not worth spending money this time. Moreover staff is also changed. I am really disappointed.

Manager ofilia is rude towards to customers and the employees working. She even seemed racist towards the indian employees.

I’m not sure how management handles training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I felt really discriminated against by one employee. I was trying to do a survey in the app with a friend (who's the same ethnicity as them) so we could get cheaper coffee. They took my friend's survey receipt but questioned me for a while about mine, asking for proof and everything, which was really embarrasing because there’s a line and I believe they can hear us, It got frustrating, so I decided to just drop it, and my friend was also shock of what they did to me! When I came back to ask what happened, they couldn’t give me a clear answer, cause clearly, some of the employees doesn’t recognize DEI. A big no to this branch.

This location is always busy (I understand it’s inside a mall). The staff refused to steam an inch of oat milk for my americano and insisted that it was a latte. I told her I get it at other Tims and she insisted that it was a latte and refused to make my drink.

Rachel the manager saying not accepting $100 hundred dollar bill and not welling to serve

I had a small issue with my coffee, nothing major, but I asked Diane if she could add a little milk or creamer. Without hesitation and with the warmest smile, she went above and beyond by making me a fresh one, which I didn’t even ask for! Her kindness and that smile truly made my day. Thank you so much, Diane, for your amazing service!
