I would like to share an outstanding review for Nathaniel at the Tim Hortons - Artesian Drive location.
From the moment you pull up to the drive-thru window, Nathaniel is always there with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond in a way that truly stands out. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Nathaniel takes the time to make every interaction feel welcoming and appreciated.
He makes the best coffee — always prepared exactly right — and you can tell he takes pride in doing his job the way it should be done. It’s not just about handing out an order; he makes sure everything is correct, greets customers warmly, and creates an experience that keeps people coming back.
To be honest, my belief in Tim Hortons had faded. I had stopped visiting altogether because the service just wasn’t the same anymore. But because of Nathaniel, that has completely changed. He has single-handedly restored my trust in the brand, and now I will continue coming back specifically because of the service he provides.
Employees like Nathaniel are rare, and they deserve real recognition. I truly hope that Tim Hortons headquarters sees this and formally acknowledges the incredible work he is doing. He represents the company in the best possible way.
