I ordered 2 coffees along with a honey y curler donut, but the donut was stale, cold, and soggy, as if it had just come out of the freezer. This is not acceptable food quality. Why are these types of items being served?

The staff was quite rude and unprofessional in handling queries. Additionally, there were no fresh drinks or food available, which was disappointing. Also cold steep tea was served to us. Stating fresh will take 20 more minutes and no other options rather than accepting it.

The young Sikh guy was not wearing his beard cover. His beard is neck height. This is a big hygiene issue and honestly made me feel disgusted. Hope management does something about this.
Service is always amazing but this always happens. There's the fill line and then they pour it under to give you even less. Always check your coffee to make sure you get the right amount of coffee.

I visit this location at least twice a day .for the most part the staff is friendly and gets my order right .but my visit tonight was an absolute joke .the girl couldn't make my coffee right and when I tried to.explain to her how to do it. She snapped at me saying sometimes the calibration gets mixed up .I don't understand the need to lie .why not just say you don't know how to make the coffee 1/4 cream 1/4 sugar shouldn't be that hard and then to give attitude and snap at me .on top of that when I got home and took a drink it had so much sugar I had to pour it out .absolutely disgusting customer service from this employee. If I was her manager she would be retrained in all aspects of the job
