The girl at this location took out the tip of the steam wand because it was clogged and started blowing into it. She was about to use it for my drink. Had to stop her and get a refund. Both herand her coworker thought this was not nasty, until I asked then how would they feel if I did that to their drink, they had bo response. Nasty

Absolutely awful experience. The girl working around 2:45 p.m. today (Monday, December 8) was extremely unprofessional and showed zero customer-service skills. She wasn’t even wearing a name badge—and I can understand why.
Her attitude made it seem like helping customers was a burden, as if we were inconveniencing her. Not once did she smile, and she kept giving this strange, unfriendly look. Every time I’ve placed an order, the experience has been consistently rude and unkind. Honestly, people with this kind of attitude shouldn’t be working in customer service at all.
I genuinely feel bad for other customers who have to deal with this. After experiencing this same behavior more than four times, I finally decided it was time to leave a review.
