I often come here for coffee but this time today it was a horrible experience. I don’t remember her name but I guess Shaili was her name and she was on her phone throughout. One of the other girl was doing everything and because of which I waited too long even after I placed mobile order . After a long wait she came and told me they don’t have an item I ordered and when I asked for refund. The girl (shaili probably) came and brought the item from freezer and without any proper cooking she gave me that bread . It was uncooked and raw . Manager should look forward towards.

I ordered the cilantro lime LOADED wrap and what I received was a thinner than a finger wrap. This is my daily to go wraps and this location is stingy with the ingredients. There was lack of sauce and just not taste right.
I also ordered the hazelnut cold brew which was good

Saw the numerous bad ratings about this location's service. Like to share mine as well. About 3 weeks ago, I tried this store for some coffee. The server (middle aged, looks like a Filipina woman, no glasses), seems to enjoy make life difficult for customers. Showing a black face the 2 times I visited, she told me she ran out of creamers(side) and forced me to use mild instead. Instead of offering me their regular cream instead, I tried it w/ milk but I disliked the taste. Hence I went back in and requested some regular cream in a small cup. However, another younger server said I would be charged for the cup after the original server told her I already took 6 milkers! I had to go back out to grab my cup to avoid being charged! My coffee was ruined after adding both cream and milk! Her black face and rude attitude tells me she hates her job, but why take it out on her customers? This type of service is unacceptable in today's highly competitive job market. But the issue with Tim's is most locations do not have any supervisor on site, maybe a means to cut costs. So servers like this sour faced woman can do however she pleases just to decrease her work load! Being a frequent customer of Timmy's, it appears the service standards are like night and day at different locations. You have to be lucky to find a location where the service and coffee standards remain constant everyday. This server does not seem to know or care that her job could be replaced overnight as many people have difficulty finding even simple jobs in Toronto being an employer's market. PS: @owner: don't bother to respond with your cut and paste answer standard! apparently you don't care neither, so that's why your location gets such bad reviews!

Very very very bad branch, the employees over there are sleeping while they are working, they are not focusing on our orders, just now I ordered 2 chocolate creamy chili for my kids when I went home I found that they put coffee instead of chocolate and this is not the first time to get that from them and from other branches like catwra rd. In mississauga, my kids are so young to drink coffee. I will not deal with that branch again any more and i will tell all my friends and my neighbors not to deal with it again. I lost 10.00$ and went to garbage and my kids became very disappointed. Don't deal with that branch never ever
