Can the management of this place pleeeease address the issues in this location? I live basically right beside the store, and have only been able to go there a few times because they are almost always out of what I’m looking for. Today I was told they have never carried jalapeño bagels even though I got one there a couple weeks ago. Alternative choice was an everything bagel… Still didn’t have that. Which is fine, it happens, but the fact that it has happened more times than not is annoying.
This Tim Horton’s is attached to a gas station. The service here should be faster and better than at a standalone Tim Horton’s. I worked at Tim Horton’s for six years and have no patience for slow or inconsistent service or simply being out of items because you haven’t kept up. People going to these types of stores are on the go, and Tim Horton’s is supposed to be a quick and efficient way to get some food and coffee into you as you go along.
I have had to call into the back kitchen just to have someone serve me. They took my order, and then instead of starting it, just walked to the back again. I waited a little bit longer, and then called to the back to see if anyone felt like making my breakfast sandwich.
The inability to multitask or consider where your customers might be coming from or going to is totally unacceptable.
The only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because when I DO get stuff, it is better than other locations. If you like a well-toasted bagel, this is the Tim Horton’s that will actually do it properly. Although it’s going to be very slow, and they just might not have it.
