-5 if I could give that. Walked in and two people on duty on Monday, February 19 at 8:30pm, who were wiping things down at the time saw us but could care less that were even there. After standing there for about a minute or so I asked if they were open to which the lady just said yeah what’s your order. Absolutely HORRIBLE AND RUDE service.

Please train your staff a little better, I ordered espresso foam on my iced coffee , the cashier couldn’t find it on the POS , so they just said they don’t have espresso foam?!?!?!I could literally see it on the counter, i just didn’t want to argue so early in the morning.

Ordered a medium latte that came out just over halfway full with foam. If I wanted a small, I would have ordered a small. Service is definitely hit or miss depending on time of day and how busy they are.

Ishrat is fantastic I come here every single day for coffee breaks at work (construction) and she remembers me and makes the food fast and is super nice. She's always got a smile on her face and a great attitude towards myself and other customers.

They closed the services before the closing time. When the closing is 10pm. They shut operations at 9.55pmPathetic service!
Disrespectful staff (Anina). Do not have most things that all other locations seem to have like the capacity to make more than one wrap or hash brown (12:30 pm early in the day, nowhere near closing time). I can understand if the location is running low on supplies but what I do not understand is that apparently you are not allowed to cancel your order as you are STILL placing it to go elsewhere (everything you are asking for they do not have). You get disrespected in a public setting for “wasting their time” because they were unable to provide the service you drove to their location to receive.

Seems like they just genuinely don’t gaf at this location… was looking forward to a good breakfast - spent over 60 dollars on everything 7:30am November 15th 2023 - to get this… weren’t even hash browns in either of the farmers wraps… pretty much the same thing as a previous review 2 months ago. Seems like they haven’t done much about it. Tried calling the location with no answer. If they’re this lazy with the services, can’t imagine what the state of the place looks like. Hopefully Tim Hortons does something about this because they have a HUGE quality control problems. Tim hortons used to be a canadian staple, and a happy place to go to with friendly people who cared… what’s different?
