Waited 20 mins in drive through only to be told by incompetent worker that they don’t have frozen drinks after taking my order…. lazy workers sub standard service. I don’t care how long the lineups are if you take an order make sure it will be ready before confirming an order and making a customer wait 20 minutes in line with no solution only a lousy apology, “no frozen drinks are available at this moment”. Train your employees how customer service should be, what a shame what Tim Hortons has become
