I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location. The employee, Rajwinder, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I raised a concern, she told me that if I had any issues, I should go to another Tim Hortons. This level of disrespect and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides Rajwinder with proper customer service training.

Usually good and service is good but yesterday i came to order a latte at 9:30pm and the worker was talkin bout “im closing in 30mins and i cleaned the machine so i wont make u one order something else” like girl thats not my problem.. respectfully.. because usually when i order at 9:50 even im still served with my latte so i dont know who this new worker is but she needs to understand thats not how it works. Thank u to the other workers who were always so kind though.

Edit to say, decided to try this location out again. I stood there for almost 2 mins before anyone approached me (only person in line) Then she tells me I have to wait another minute and half for them to be ready, because there are no eggs!!! 5 mins later I got my bacon egg muffin, soaked in grease and mostly uncooked bacon. Once again horrible rude staff. I see this complaint a lot on these reviews. When will the owner take action? If you want me to complain to head office I will. Will not go back Great location but service absolutely sucks! 4 ppl behind me and they have not taken my order as they are filling online orders. She said it’s quicker to order online and I think that’s BS!
