They gave me very watered down coffee. I got hot water with coffee flavour basically :/ They were rushing and basically just gave me whatever leftovers they had and it was pretty dissapointing because I didn't thinking messing up coffee at a coffee shop was possible 😅

The big problem was that there was no free parking spot. You should park at the street and pay for it. Secondly, they have short staff we were waiting long time to get our coffee!

I asked for a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and the girl didn't understand so I pointed at the picture behind her and told her that's what I want but with the sausage instead. She gave me this sandwich on a regular bread so I had to go back. Gave her the bag and said I asked for it on a biscuit. Pure attitude is what I got. She raised the bag up high and said yes but you did not order it on a biscuit. I hate confrontation but I was literally yelling at the store because the girl was giving me major attitude instead of just apologizing for her mistake while my coffee was getting cold in the car and I have to stand in the line up again. I had to ask her a few times did I not point at the picture? To which she responded for me to be quiet and said that a few times after starting with me and would refuse to give me her manager's name. Needless to say as soon as I got home I called a head office and started a ticket complaint. I've been going to the location for years and years and a few mistakes have happened but this is the first time I was greeted with major attitude. Given they make mistakes all the time though I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

The lady named Nav is a real sweetheart. She is very polite and serves customers to the standards. She is my favourite at this location. Tonight I went there in for 3 drinks just before 2 minutes of her closing. And she with a sweet smile of hers served me my drinks without being annoyed of last minute customers like the other employees does. I appreciate her for not letting me out empty handed like any other. The owner should be lucky to have such an employee working for them. 10 stars for the service. Thank you Nav. <3
Be careful. I got cilantro lime chicken loaded bowl. They put just one chicken strip instead of two. It was filled with rice instead. Also as a general complain, the customer service of Tim Hortons is poor.

Still being charged for chesse in the farmers wrap dispite the new update. Accociate argued with me because of it. And offering to put a crosoit in my farmers wrap because they don't have hashbrown. Scanner foe reward doesn't work.
