Usually good and service is good but yesterday i came to order a latte at 9:30pm and the worker was talkin bout “im closing in 30mins and i cleaned the machine so i wont make u one order something else” like girl thats not my problem.. respectfully.. because usually when i order at 9:50 even im still served with my latte so i dont know who this new worker is but she needs to understand thats not how it works. Thank u to the other workers who were always so kind though.
Cassie is absolutely the best! She’s always working incredibly hard and it really shows. Her dedication and positive attitude make a big difference—she goes above and beyond every time. Truly appreciate everything she does!
