Man I usually dont make reviews but this one got on my nerves. I made an online order using the app, I come to pick up my order more than 1 hour later and they didn’t even start making it. Let me be clear this is NOT the worker fault as they clearly seem overworked. This is unacceptable. The coffee and donut was great though.

Well I have a video about this on tiktok and YouTube. The lady who was serving me was using bare hands and those hands were going literally inside the cups that she was feeling up. I told the manager about it and there in not even give a shit. Crazy attitude and I called the tempordance. They give me a ticket number but never followed up lol. Sad demise of great Canadian brand. Tim hortons is almost dead as far as I am concerned. I know you guys just are very serious about it. By the way, the ticket number that your representative gave me is 4253399. Whatever the answer is probably computer generated. So shame on you Tim hortons.

Stopped by here to get my friend a little birthday gift, there was a random alarm ringing when we walked in but the ladies who gave us service were great! When my new phone didn't work on the tap machine, they helped me troubleshoot the issue.

Workers did not change their gloves after counting change at the cash register and picking up my food. Granted they used wax paper to touch the food, but still they should change their gloves after touching any unsanitary station, like the cash register. Please teach your workers the basic rules of working a job that handles food. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING FOOD
