Every time I come to this tim hortons location, the service is always so slow. The food is often made messily or inaccurate and do not reflect my past experiences with other tim horton locations. They also often forget parts of my order when i go through the drive thru and I am forced to go inside and retrieve the items. This is deeply upsetting and I hope for improvements

Asked for a maple cheddar croissant without the syrup sauce, got a maple cheddar croissant that still had maple on it, they burn my croissant, I wanted a double double, I got black, like bruh how hard is it to make a double double

They charged me double, having a free coffee, and the points were used anyway. But it doesn't stop there, the older woman who attends glasses is very rude. Very bad Tims, the service is getting worse and worse. How sad the changes in my Canada. How I miss Canada from before.

For a timmies in a gas station, this location is pretty good. Once in a while I get attitude from an employee but that's like one person who's rude out of 8 good employees... on thing is I wish they'd put napkins in their bags or with food, THEY NEVER DO, I get breakfast in the morning and coffee at lunch, so I'm really familiar. Please add napkins when you give people food, listen to a customer before getting defensive so that your explanation won't be for only half of what they say. One thing I will say they make the best drinks for people, always mixed well!
