I ordered a chicken habanero bowl from this Tim Hortons, and when I got home, I was really disappointed. The portion size was barely half of what I usually get at other locations. I called to see if something could be done, but the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested. When I asked about compensation, the supervisor hung up on me and didn’t answer after that.
As for the food, it wasn’t fresh at all. The crispy chicken was stale, the lettuce was wilted, and there was barely any rice or veggies in the bowl. Honestly, it was a bad experience all around with poor food quality and worse customer service. Won’t be coming back.

Extremely disappointing service at Tim Hortons. I used the drive-thru, and the staff member was clearly not paying attention. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even after that, when I reached the window, she asked me again what my order was. This shows a complete lack of focus and professionalism.
Time is valuable, and customers expect at least the basic courtesy of being listened to. Instead, this visit turned into an unnecessary waste of time and effort. If this is the level of service Tim Hortons chooses to provide, it reflects very poorly on the brand as a whole.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. There are many other options available where customer service and efficiency are taken seriously. Tim Hortons needs to understand that with this kind of experience, they will lose loyal customers very quickly.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff at the drive-thru didn’t listen to my order, made me repeat it 2–3 times, and still asked again at the window. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Tim Hortons should be ashamed—avoid this location at all costs.

Gas is normally cheaper than surrounding areas
Kirandeep is the worst person at 5:51pm she started swearing at me in her language , threatened to call the Police cause she took my product back, and refused to replace it.

Every time I come to this tim hortons location, the service is always so slow. The food is often made messily or inaccurate and do not reflect my past experiences with other tim horton locations. They also often forget parts of my order when i go through the drive thru and I am forced to go inside and retrieve the items. This is deeply upsetting and I hope for improvements
