Worst Tim hortons. Worker gave me attitude for no reason. Oh and plus they charge a flat rate of 3.99 for Uber delivery. Doesn’t matter where you live.

I’ve had my order consistently made wrong at this Tim Hortons each and every time. As someone who buys multiple coffees at Tim Hortons from a multitude of locations, this is the only location that messes up my order. The Indian girl at the drive thru is also quite impolite. I haven’t asked her for her name but as per usual, she was inattentive and rude. I’ll need to avoid this location going forward.

I do NOT understand how there are lines for this stuff….REGARDING THE REPLY FROM THE OWNER BELOW:I went to this SAME Tim Horton's on January 27, 2023 and had my ORIGINAL horrible experience with their breakfast sandwich. I got the SAME generic response from the "concerned corporate management algorithm" and followed the same instructions. Called......filled out the form.....and heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING further from the company.Despite several calls back to the main company I was told the issue had been passed on to THE FRANCHISE OWNER...and I heard NOTHING back from them!!!!!!I figure I would give them another chance AFTER A YEAR.....but things remain the same poor quality which a LOT of Mississauga "sheep" obviously love.

Great place . We are doing construction there at ninth line and I go at this place every day. The service is good. The lady who takes order is nice. I think she’s in the morning shift.She just makes my day every day ?

I was in and out of this location when i went to get tea. Tea was made fresh and they were quick and very prompt once i informed them i had a mobile order.

AVOID THIS LOCATION -Initially when this location first opened I had a great experience. Overtime I’ve seen this location decline like no other.When in order wraps, they’re made wrong. Loaded wraps are far from loaded. It’s like they just put a bunch of stuff inside a wrap with no thought process or order.Coffee is always burnt or made wrong. Same with cold brew. I was charged $12 for one coffee and given steeped tea instead. Walked in and waited 10 mins to get a refund and then they remade the coffee after back and forth explaining the issue several times.
