Very small outlet. I greeted the store clerk when placing the order, as well as when collecting my coffee, but the store executive was just cold and unresponsive. Wouldn't hurt Tim Hortons to coach their staff for mannerism; at the very least, reciprocate the customer's politeness.
Wasn't a good experience, except for the coffee itself. I pity Tim Hortons as a chain.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options as it is with Tim Hortons, and even more so with this small store (located inside Rabba) with minimal number of items.
Parking: Limited set of slots, but free parking

Got the Bacon and cheese omelet bites on my way to work to realize to when I got to work they smelled bad and tasted sour. They were super old you can tell they've been re cooked from days prior. I get these everytime and never have issues. This tims took over 10 mins to take my order with one person in front of me just getting a coffee. Also should of never got them when they guy at the register had no idea about the bacon and cheese bites. So grossed out wasted my money and time

Most of the time, they (the staff that has been there for longer) take and make orders correctly and coffee is fresh. I also had an experience where I got an incorrect order or they made it subpar but I noticed that it’s the “new-ish” staff that makes those mistakes. Overall, I still have a pleasant experience with this location and this is my go-to spot for Timmies.

I'm not sure if Tim Hortons changed their coffee recipe, but the one I ordered was simply terrible. It seems like the staff lack proper training as well, which just added to the poor experience

I am gonna have to change this review. Placed the order online and was supposed to pick it up by 748am. but waited until 810 a.m., and they were still confused about the order. Please hire more people during the rush hour. Two people taking orders and preparing during rush hour is not good.

I ordered on-line and waited 15 minutes for them to make my coffee when I got to the store.
Just wanted to update my review. So I'm here again waiting for my coffee even though I ordered it through mobile 15 minutes ago.
It truly defeats the purpose of a mobile order - nothing has changed.
I read your comment owner. I'm not going to the website. I'll continue to post here. 1 star.

i went there today I met their supervisor hitush he is a nice guy I complaint to him that I got the wrong order calmly he treated me nicely i wasnt expected this though

This place was great when they first opened now don't get me started the new staff don't know a thing if I've asked for less ice in my ice coffee it will be filled with ice and then if your coffee or iced drinks don't have sweetener in the new guy with a turban who works the 12pm shift will argue with you and it doesn't matter if it's the first time you go or if you are a regular customer.
