I went here to buy coffee today (January 29, 2026). But instead of me getting my coffee.. The two people who is working there that time was ignoring me as if I don't exist there.. I am standing in front of the counter for like 15 mins then no one is coming to take my order. The 2 worker just keep on chatting.. As much as I want to patronize this Tim hortons location. The service is beyond helpless!! I will never ever going back to this location again!! Try to train your team member to be good at their Job (customer service)......

Unfortunately, this location consistently has poor customer service. The staff often seem unhappy and unwelcoming, and simple things like saying hello or thank you are usually missing. Even when customers are polite and initiate a greeting or say thank you, it often goes unacknowledged.
I’ve also noticed flies around the food on multiple occasions, which is concerning. While the location is convenient since it’s inside a Rabba, the overall experience would really benefit from better staff training, improved customer service, and more attention to cleanliness.

pathetic service by the staff, very unprofessional and rude , also handling of food was very unhygienic . i dont remember the staff name but it was on dec 24th , around 2.30 pm and there was a short lady who was rude and handling food inappropriately .Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone
