Most of the time, they (the staff that has been there for longer) take and make orders correctly and coffee is fresh. I also had an experience where I got an incorrect order or they made it subpar but I noticed that it’s the “new-ish” staff that makes those mistakes. Overall, I still have a pleasant experience with this location and this is my go-to spot for Timmies.
I am gonna have to change this review. Placed the order online and was supposed to pick it up by 748am. but waited until 810 a.m., and they were still confused about the order. Please hire more people during the rush hour. Two people taking orders and preparing during rush hour is not good.
“This Tim Hortons locations is inside the rabba store, since it is small the options of food is limited, drinks and snacks are almost the same as other locations, service is good and the place is clean 8/10”
