I just had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons specifically. The server Marcia W at this location was very rude to us. We ordered a latte and a croissant and we asked her to warm the croissant. She told us she cannot warm it in this line so I asked where could I warm it up. She turned defensive and she just said she cannot warm it up, so I said we won’t take it. She then proceeded to be very rude to us and said we have to wait an hour for the manager to come. I had to ask her for the receipt. She said she didn’t care that it was company policy. We just wanted to return the croissant, it was just that. Since she was so rude to use we decided to not take the latte either and we will come back in an hour to meet the manager Kate and put a complain about this. A very bad experience for a simple daily task. We have used Tim Hortons before and this is the first time someone this rude treats us like this

This review is for the Tim Hortons at gate E80.
It is possible that this review is left on the incorrect tim hortons and if so I apologize.
They seemed confused taking my order and diddnt know a commonly ordered item.
They did have a decent amount of customers but they also started arguing with a random family of four over a combo they ordered.
They diddnt have any sauces.
Everything else was as expected.

Just answer me one thing, Is your shelve refill important which is already 75% filled with stock or a Customer food sitting in the kitchen’s window ready to pass to customer who is waiting for it and spend already 20 min. of their break at your restaurant?

You walk all the way and then they don’t accept their own App!!!
Why don't you support the app?? I cannot play Roll Up to Win. Frustrating when the cashier tells me that the small cup does have it but they can't scan my app. Sounds to me like they just don't want to learn how to use

So you don’t have the time hortons app support? How? Is the point of a franchise not to have consistency across the locations.. you forced us all on the app now I can’t use my points. My deals, my roll up the rims, and there’s not a single English speaker working making client service difficult and

They messed up the order. They don’t label your cups. They don’t even have most common food here. Plus they don’t accept points.

Terrible service, needs more employees but apparently the airport is too broke to hire more people.

WOW, THIS TIM HORTONS SERVES VERY GOOD FOOD!!! THEIR DRINKS INCLUDING THE CHEESE CROISSANT WHICH I HAD, ALL WERE TOP-NOTCH!!! IDK WHY SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT I FACED NO SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM THEM. ACCORDING TO MY OPINION, I SURELY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT
WORST service ever. Do not come here. There’s no customer service here and they speak at you very rudely. In particular, one Asian woman in her 60s was extremely disrespectful to customers. Zero regards to customer’s orders. Also picked and choose which customer to help when the system was down despite a line up being in place. Not sure why it’s opened when it shows temporarily closed online. Should remain closed.
Not one good thing to say unfortunately, no customer service, terrible attitude and poor food quality, got a BELT bagel with beige and pink bacon after asking simply for them to cook the bacon in the microwave for 20 seconds. When I returned it and asked for a new one politely, I was asked “why did you ask for us to heat up the bacon? Why do you want a new one now?” Sorry I don’t like undercooked bacon..
A big NO to this one. Poor service.. Limited menu… Quality of Bagel & Coffee very poor … Not recommended at all !!
It was the first time I went to Toronto Pearson Intl Airport, Canada and I personally had pretty good first impressions about Tim Hortons. After a long flight, checking out the customs and picking up the luggages, it was 7 pm and I felt exhausted so I decided to have a light dinner at Tim Hortons while waiting for the next flight at 10 pm. The ham sandwich was delicious and fresh, it had both good quality and size. I also ordered a donut and it was very tasty. The taste was very special. The French vanilla was yummy and highly recommended. I love sweet food and drinks so I find donut and French vanilla were perfectly perfect. I think that the food and drinks are suitable for a hunger to be filled but not too much though, especially if you need a full meal. I was still not fully full honestly but it was good enough and provided me with enough energy for the next flight. The queues were long so the service was a quite slow that day. I was tired from waiting for about 15 or 20 minutes but it was understandable and worth waiting for. I just didn't really like the atmosphere, it was a bit crowded. The prices were quite reasonable. Good place to have a light meal at the airport overall.
