You walk all the way and then they don’t accept their own App!!!

Why don't you support the app?? I cannot play Roll Up to Win. Frustrating when the cashier tells me that the small cup does have it but they can't scan my app. Sounds to me like they just don't want to learn how to use

So you don’t have the time hortons app support? How? Is the point of a franchise not to have consistency across the locations.. you forced us all on the app now I can’t use my points. My deals, my roll up the rims, and there’s not a single English speaker working making client service difficult and

They messed up the order. They don’t label your cups. They don’t even have most common food here. Plus they don’t accept points.

Terrible service, needs more employees but apparently the airport is too broke to hire more people.

I know one shouldn't expect quality food when eating at an airport but after getting breakfast at this Tim Horton's, I am genuinely worried about getting food borne illness before my vacation. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it had an EXTREMELY stale taste, to the point where I had to spit it out. I also ordered a hash brown which was not heated through properly. Timmie's is still a chain, so, airport or not, there should be at least some basic standards.

Good location if you want to grab a quick breakfast/coffee before OR after an early morning flight. Not a bad line when I came through, naturally you will pay airport prices.

WOW, THIS TIM HORTONS SERVES VERY GOOD FOOD!!! THEIR DRINKS INCLUDING THE CHEESE CROISSANT WHICH I HAD, ALL WERE TOP-NOTCH!!! IDK WHY SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT I FACED NO SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM THEM. ACCORDING TO MY OPINION, I SURELY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

WORST service ever. Do not come here. There’s no customer service here and they speak at you very rudely. In particular, one Asian woman in her 60s was extremely disrespectful to customers. Zero regards to customer’s orders. Also picked and choose which customer to help when the system was down despite a line up being in place. Not sure why it’s opened when it shows temporarily closed online. Should remain closed.

Good location if you want to grab a standard/consistent TM breakfast before/after an early morning flight, but just know that for the same meal combo, this location does charge a premium over what you would get at a TM location outside the airport (say even in Toronto proper) despite what flashes by on their electronic menu board. You also cannot accumulate points like at a regular franchised location. They don't advertise these unless you bother to ask/poke, so sharing these weird differences here for those that might accidentally choose this store over other choices at this terminal on these misconceptions.

Not one good thing to say unfortunately, no customer service, terrible attitude and poor food quality, got a BELT bagel with beige and pink bacon after asking simply for them to cook the bacon in the microwave for 20 seconds. When I returned it and asked for a new one politely, I was asked “why did you ask for us to heat up the bacon? Why do you want a new one now?” Sorry I don’t like undercooked bacon..

A big NO to this one. Poor service.. Limited menu… Quality of Bagel & Coffee very poor … Not recommended at all !!

The line here is always horrendous because there's only cashier, however given they're short staffed they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving efficiently. I'm giving 1 star because 1 waited in line for 35 minutes only to be told they don't have any dairy free milk options- despite it saying they do on their menu board. Also they can't toast croissants? Seriously?! If this location doesn't carry dairy free options then they put a sign somewhere saying that.. I'll skip this line next time and head to Starbucks, at least I know they can toast items and have dairy free milk options.

Not only are they so slow here ( don't line up if you're running late) but they made my order wrong and blamed me, then lied to me. I ordered a BLT not a BELT. When I asked for a new sandwich they said they don't sell BLTs. I told her it was on the menu above her head and just sell me one without egg or cheese. She said they can't do that(?) and that Tim Hortons does NOT carry mayo. Wtf? This has been my go-to order for years. Including 1week ago at this very location. Employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to pay attention to anything.
