What a scam. Ordered a drink and just got glass full of ice.

Don’t visit this place guys, the service is worst, after I did my order they said the item is not available and we can’t give you refund you, we can just give you another coffee, I was getting late so don’t wanna waste my time fighting for it. The person name navrinder told me she can’t give me the receipt when I asked and also when I asked for manager she simply said she is on break she can’t come. At the end the other girl gave a receipt which was my order.

A girl named ravneet refused to customize a wrap. She said if I’d do it for you, morning shift people gonna be mad cuz they don’t wanna make any customize wraps. She added, go get it from any other location we don’t do that

I don't have any kind of the words for this restaurant's staff members about of they're providing their fastest service and always treating with you like as family types of relationships 🥰 . Once again time I really appreciated yours whole team and the whole staff members Thanku so much.......

Too much cream! Paid for an ice capp and got a $4 cup of sugary milk/cream.

This is my local Tim Hortons for the past 20 years over the years its changed so much that today was my last time coming hear apparently they don't have what you want there excuse is that machines are down staff is so rude this to the people its unacceptable I asked for a breakfast sandwich and got a bagel with nothing in it I encourage management to do something about it if you dont want to lose customers for me its the last I prefer to drive 5 more minutes to a different location

They prioritize drive thru only. This location does not care for walk ins. If I could I would drive my cube truck through drive thru to get better serviced. I had to wait 15 mins for a bagel with butter and it was already cold when I got it.
