Happened twice with me at drive thru, they gave cold steep tea and both of the time gave them the order of 1 coffee 1 tea and 1 herb and garlic pastry then the worker took the order and at the window they didn’t gave herb and garlic pastry and when asked the worker said i didn’t charged for it and i was like seriously dude then why u taking the order, so again wasted time and this time that brilliant employee gave cold pastry. This happened on Dec-04-2025 at 11:40 pm . Literally happened twice

Always love a split Tim Horton's and Wendy's set-up, I had a union meeting here and it was awesome for our crew to be left undisturbed for several hours so we could be productive. I grabbed a Coke and the staff were really nice and helpful.

I want to appreciate one of the team members at this Tim Hortons ….a guy with a gol parna who always treats me exceptionally well. He is incredibly quick and efficient at the drive-thru, whether it’s taking orders, handling cash, or handing out the food. Even when I walk in, he always greets me with the same positive energy.
He’s fun-loving, very friendly, and honestly one of the most handsome guys I’ve seen working in customer service….always wearing a great smile. I don’t know his name, but he is truly outstanding at his job. His attitude and service make every visit a great experience. Highly recommended!🥰🥰
Worst experience everytime that lady Navjinder everytime ruins the order today ordered 2 coffees which we got were cold and then when we complained she got those heated up in the Oven. Waste of money . 👎🏻

Just got our bowl., this is the least quantity in a bowl i have seen in any tim hortons and when i asked the girl on window , she replied we give less rice , i mean seriously, u are charging same money and giving less quantity.

Very disappointing when u get Cold steeped tea even though while ordering at drive through i told the guy to make it proper hot , although this is the problem at most of the tims but here i m posting cz that guy ensured me to provide proper hot steeped tea while taking my order and also the guy forget to give me donut i ordered and when i remind him the reaction was as so what !! I don’t know whether tims employees are under some sort of pressure for making it fast or they just don’t care about customer service anymore , so please some responsible members of tims management must look into these issues and negative attitude of employees at most of tim horton’s stores
