Every time I shop at this store, I have a bad experience. I feel that the people who work in the store do not want to be there, and they serve you without showing interest in helping. They do not explain instructions well, neglect to consult you if you have questions, and often make mistakes in your order. Additionally, the method they have of not giving you the receipt makes the delivery system for your order very confusing. It is much better to state the number of your order out loud than to say "chicken wrap," because how do you know it is your chicken wrap and not someone else's?I think there are many things that could be improved. I try to be empathetic because they are students just like anyone else who must be overloaded with work. However, it was a personal decision for them to be there. So, I am always left with the feeling that they don't want to improve your experience because they know that, given the few offers on campus and how expensive places like Station Express have become, they are almost the only pocket-friendly option.

One of the best service I received out of many Tim Horton branches I have visited.Staff was really friendly and attentive to my order and special thing was they heated the baking product in microwave. This was first time any staff did it for me otherwise everytime I used to eat it cold which was really annoying.They served me pretty fast and was able to eat it in peace as there was very less crowd in sitting area.Vegetarian options: Cheese bagelWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance

I’m at this Duke of York location early Saturday morning to get my breakfast bagel and a dark roast coffee.Staff are friendly and my order was quickly prepared once I submitted it via the Tim Hortons mobile app.I’m using the app all the time now so that I can collect rewards on my purchase.
