Whenever I come to Canada for work I stop at Tim Hortons. Food is usually good and so is the coffee. But somehow, every single time, the people taking my orders can't understand a damn word I say. I get the chicken cilantro bowl and try to get roasted chicken, yet they screw it up every time because they ask what kind of chicken I want then don't understand my choice. This isn't even isolated to one location; I've had this happen multiple times.
If your staff can't or won't bother trying to understand customers, hire ones who do. If it's your talk box that's scrappy quality, get a new one. At this point I just have to gamble on if I get the right food or not.
