Except for two girls, most of the people working here seem careless. They don’t even realize that when you serve tea with sugar, it should be stirred before giving it to the customer. Almost every time I get tea from here, it’s handed to me with the sugar still sitting at the bottom, completely unstirred

Extremely disappointing. I arrived at 10:44 PM, but the location was already closed, even though their hours on Google Maps clearly state they are open until 11:00 PM. A complete waste of time and gas. Please update your hours if you aren't going to stick to them.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to they never get the order right and is charging me extra for A pinched croissant and then not giving me the pinched croissant and only the regular one why am I paying more for something that I’m not even getting? They never make the order right and is always very rude when I try to correct them I would not recommend this Tim Hortons. They are absolutely horrible.
I'm not one to take time out of my day to drop a bad review but my experience this morning was dumbfounded. I went through the drive-thru at 8am tryna order breakfast. A lady was helping me over the speaker and I told her how I wanted their loaded scrambled egg box which came with sausage and bacon but I told her I wanted to remove the bacon. Out of nowhere a guy cuts off our conversation and takes over and stated that I was tryna order only the egg one and I told him no, I'd like the sausage but no bacon. He then got all condescending and started saying how bacon and sausage are the same meat. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying for a history lesson, I came to grab my breakfast before a doctor's appointment. He then dismissed me and said sure fine. His name is Mustafa and to my surprise he's the manager. How he reached that position I have no idea but I can say that the customer service was terrible. Just because bacon and sausage are traditionally pork does not mean they're the same thing. It's employees like him who make the good hardworking ones look bad. Really disappointed, do better.
