please have a better attitude

I'm not one to take time out of my day to drop a bad review but my experience this morning was dumbfounded. I went through the drive-thru at 8am tryna order breakfast. A lady was helping me over the speaker and I told her how I wanted their loaded scrambled egg box which came with sausage and bacon but I told her I wanted to remove the bacon. Out of nowhere a guy cuts off our conversation and takes over and stated that I was tryna order only the egg one and I told him no, I'd like the sausage but no bacon. He then got all condescending and started saying how bacon and sausage are the same meat. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying for a history lesson, I came to grab my breakfast before a doctor's appointment. He then dismissed me and said sure fine. His name is Mustafa and to my surprise he's the manager. How he reached that position I have no idea but I can say that the customer service was terrible. Just because bacon and sausage are traditionally pork does not mean they're the same thing. It's employees like him who make the good hardworking ones look bad. Really disappointed, do better.

Had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! The staff provided the best service—friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made my visit quick and enjoyable, and their warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend this location for great coffee and outstanding service!

This is a everyday story of this location in the evening time we have been asking for bagels and the order taker is not willing to serve it even you can see from drive thru but they refuse to serve it for the reason i am not able to understand. We are asking for it for the food and coffee and all times in every evening no food..We end up going to the Hyde park location and would suggest to all that there coffee taste way better and they are courteous. Today the lady taking the order at Shell gas station name was Simran who refused to serve and give food.. My suggestion to Management is to please look into this and take some action as you are loosing business in tough economic times.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by the staff at your location last week. I was shocked by the level of disrespect, poor customer service, and complete lack of professionalism demonstrated by several employees and their supervisor.
During my visit, the staff spoke to me in Hindi, assuming I am the same background as them. I am a Canadian customer, and I find it completely inappropriate and disrespectful to address customers in a language they do not speak. Staff continued speaking among themselves in Hindi while ignoring me, refusing to acknowledge my presence, and giving me zero attention as a paying customer. This behaviour is not only unprofessional but also against basic customer-service standards.
In addition to that, both the front-line employees and the supervisor showed a very low level of respect and courtesy. Their tone was rude, dismissive, and offensive. Instead of assisting me, they carried on personal conversations in their own language and treated me with an attitude that shows no value for the customer.
When I asked to speak to a manager, the person introduced as a “supervisor” was extremely young and clearly lacked the experience and professionalism required for this position. Her name is Bhupinder. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero responsibility for the behaviour happening in the store. The entire interaction felt hostile and completely unprofessional.
This situation made me feel unwelcome and disrespected in a place I have been visiting for years.
I expect Tim Hortons to take this matter seriously and ensure:
1. Proper investigation into the staff involved
2. Immediate corrective action for the disrespectful behaviour
3. Enforcement of professional communication standards
4. Re-training of the supervisor and staff on customer service
5. A formal apology for the way I was treated
No customer should ever be addressed in a language they do not understand, ignored, or spoken to with such disrespect. This is far below the standards expected from Tim Hortons.
I look forward to a prompt response and appropriate action.

The reason why I put 5 stars is because every morning and afternoon I get my food & beverage from this location which is providing a professional service, clean, and fresh. The stuff very friendly and kind .The manager Mostafa with all employees smiles and greet people all the time. I strongly recommend it

Horrible service from the 2 girls who works in the shift today September 6, 2025 at 7 pm, I don't know if one of them was the manager but what kind of manager is she.

On more than one occasion (I believe 4 now) I have received stale donuts from this location. The two times I’ve had time to go back and address this, I am given replacements without question, which is kind, but it shouldn’t be happening in the first place, especially more than once. Generally when one is going through a drive thru you’re in a time crunch and hungry, so to not be able to eat what you’ve paid for and to come back is a waste of time and not acceptable. Both times the severs were polite, however made no apologies nor did they assure me they’d speak to the staff about it. This time I asked if this was a management decision to hold onto donuts from the day before and the response was “at 7 a.m they would be fresh’” twice, rather than answer my question. The donuts were visibly stale once bitten into. I will add a photo next time.

A basic coffee and donut order. How hard can that be right?
Well apparently here its something they can screw up on both counts.
Legit I dont know how bad the service has to be to mess that up but here I am writing a review of a drive through Tim's, that can mess up the most basic order.
