Unbelievable service. I think the speaker thing must have a voice filter on it that adds extra words to you order or takes away words. I asked for a Large Double double and a chocolate chip muffin, they tried to give me a XL Double Double which I didn’t ask for. I told them I wanted a Large Double double and they still charged me for the XL. Didn’t get my muffin because they didn’t know I ordered one. Very sad when they take your order and it doesn’t show up on the screen at the drive thru. Probably will not return to this location which is sad because it is very convient and close to my work.

BY far the worst TH ever. I do not understand why can they not hire people who can understand english and can deliver what is asked for. Asked for Dark Roast black, was given a hot cup with no sleeve, asked for a sleeve & the look was as if i asked her for their property documents. The muffin was switched with a different one without informing, that too without warming it (when i asked for it while ordering). Upon requesting she just shut the window on me. Wonder is they even understood what was being asked for. 0 customer service and no effort to even make it better. HORRIBLE>

My first visit via DT at this location this morning & order taker wasn’t friendly at all and I moved to window & cashier showed me tapping machine and told me total. I paid n asked him if I can speak to a manager please. I was super disappointed to see that it was their manager who took my order. Whole staff needs some kinda training how to greet customers. Please don’t ruin someone’s day if can’t make one.

Hi, i work near to that time Hortons located in shell gas station. Every time i visited there any i got disappointed. Today is fourth or fifth day I don’t remember properly but their grilling system is still not working. I don’t know why, but i bought tea every time from them which was not good even for a single time i have to throw every time and food also not good.

Every time i enter they take 10 minutes to just take my order. And in general all the employees always have a horrible attitude and make me feel like i did something wrong when all i did was place an order.

I’m guessing Tim Hortons doesn’t care about serving fresh meals anymore.. 4th location where my donuts and sandwich buns are old, must have been at least 2 days old, rock hard and mouldy. I stopped ordering Tim’s eggs because they stink. McDonald breakfast is better.
