Literally shit experience every tym . I usually visit here and each and every single tym they make wrong order . So to make sure last tym that i get the right order . I repeat it three tym and it was not bsy at all as well . Still they gave me wrong order as like as usual . Then i went inside to replace it but they simply removed the ice in front of me from my iced latte coz i asked for no ice . They didn’t add any espresso or any syrup after removing that much of part from the drink . Seriously they didn’t focus on their job . Will nvr visit here again .

They added a role that you cannot sit there more than 30 min. How bad is that.
I will go and suggest all friends they are going there to go to another branch that closer. they do not have this aggressive role

Worse service....they had only two donuts, stale as hell, never heard of the ham and cheddar bun dinner combo, couldn't order Cilantro chicken bowl, or wrap, we were in a rush and had no time to go anywhere else so settled for chicken wrap....horrible, all wrap, very little ingredients, gave us whole wheat wrap when we wanted white, took 10 minutes to get this 3rd choice dinner so no time to wait for a white wrap, barely understood person taking order and visa versa, ....what the hell has happened to Tim Hortons? A Canadian icon company....oh yea, forgot....there is no more Canadian anything or anything remotelyclose to service with a smile....so sad....

I ordered a medium and small hot chocolate and they got so confused they gave me only one drink. As soon as they see you don’t have a lot of time or energy for their antics and are trying to quickly tell them what you want, they start getting confused and stop using their ears. I had to explain to the cashier several times what the sandwhich was. The girl also tried grabbing my phone to see the deal. What is confusing about using your eyes, it’s all automatic anyways, why do you need to TOUCH customers phones and then not wash your hands and touch the food. Very poor service, lends to poor management. I went back to explain they missed my hot chocolate and four girls were like what huh huh huh. It’s simple, just charge a new one and get the customer moving. Why is everything so confusing. Had to ask three times and had to leave without the hot chocolate 🤦‍♀️. Very poorly managed Tim Hortons. Every time you go there are more new people and every cashier is maximum stresses an anxious. Must be a horrible working condition. Also their seats are ripped, they don’t clean the floors and their tissue box is overstuffed and you can’t get a tissue out.

What is happening Tim Hortons? During the Olympics too. Really a fail all around.

I like to come here. I like to get a doughnut and iced coffee. , I really liked it, The girls at the checkout are very polite, thank them for their good work

but the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.

I was first in line waiting to place my order, but the staff pretended not to see me and kept busying themselves with other things. It was obvious they were dragging things out. If they want to take a break, they should have someone else step in — leaving customers standing there and waiting like that is really not acceptable. So I couldn’t keep waiting and just left. I rarely give low ratings — I’ve almost never given a one-star review — but the staff member’s cold attitude earned this store a well-deserved one star.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons, inside or out it doesn’t matter. It looks fully staffed so I’m not sure why it’s so slow. If I see more than 2 cars in the drive thru I don’t bother and just go to the McDonald’s instead. I’ve been stuck up to 15 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions.
