I like to come here. I like to get a doughnut and iced coffee. , I really liked it, The girls at the checkout are very polite, thank them for their good work

I was first in line waiting to place my order, but the staff pretended not to see me and kept busying themselves with other things. It was obvious they were dragging things out. If they want to take a break, they should have someone else step in — leaving customers standing there and waiting like that is really not acceptable. So I couldn’t keep waiting and just left. I rarely give low ratings — I’ve almost never given a one-star review — but the staff member’s cold attitude earned this store a well-deserved one star.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons, inside or out it doesn’t matter. It looks fully staffed so I’m not sure why it’s so slow. If I see more than 2 cars in the drive thru I don’t bother and just go to the McDonald’s instead. I’ve been stuck up to 15 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions.

I asked for a blackberry fruit quencher with NO ice and they gave one with ice. Then I asked them to change it. They just added sparkling water so it's diluted and it still HAS ICE!!
