The worst customer service. I guess she is the manager in Hijab and is extremely rude and unpleasant lady. First took the order wrong . Asked for chipotle sauce with wedges but instead added chipotle sauce with herb and garlic cheese inside the bagel . Then does not commit to her mistake and instead asking for few more cents otherwise will not provide chipotle sauce for the wedges This much is always taken care of by the staff without any hassle for the sake of 50 cents when the placed order is for $10

What an absolute joke this TIMS is. The manager is extremely rude when it comes to confrontation. Not a single person here is helpful and they mess up even Hot chocolate. Hopeless situation here. Would not recommend it even to an enemy.

I was here just a minute ago. Ask your employee at the drive through, about who she was being extremely rude too, but then again, feels like she does this to everyone. I very politely asked for my coffee to be stirred and she replies saying "what does that mean" I had to physically show what it means and she said "yes of course" and proceeds to give us unstirred coffee with so much sugar settled in the bottom. We went again and asked. She said "I made, I know" and gave us stirrers and asked us to stir ourselves. Like great customer service guys. Especially to a regular that comes 3 x a week.
Great Timmie’s, fun staff. Everyone seems to be included and kind to others. Wa Sing is amazing, beautiful smile and soo full of love. Never change and keep being the star that you are 💫

I went yesterday 3:30 am and I was treated in very good way the girl named Rupinder has good customer handling skills. She treated me in a nice way really appreciate that girl . And the food was also good
