Such an amazing, very well kept store. Friendly staff, and always fresh. Always feel welcomed when coming to this location. This is one of the cleanest store I have come across Canada. You know the owner takes pride in what she does, and has great engagement with her team. You can find merchandise at this store, you can’t find anywhere else. Had a terrible food experience here. My bagel was barely toasted, (chewy and cold) not enough cream cheese to satisfy a baby. I choked at least 5 times trying to get a couple bites down the tubes. I’m a Tim Hortons connoisseur, I know my bagels, I know my cream cheese, and my bagel to cream cheese ratio, and this was not to par with my already bare minimum Tim Hortons expectations.
It’s finally happened, I’ve been Tim’d.

I was very happy with my experience at this Tim Hortons. Upon approaching the restaurant, the windows were so clean. As I open the door, staff were sweeping the floor and cleaning other areas. As I entered, there was a few customers in line and within seconds they were served and it was my turn. There was enough staff behind the counter that the cleaning staff didn’t have to Attend To customers at the counter - Which is also wonderful because having to do so would’ve caused a delay with washing your hands to follow health and safety practises. The staff were Very friendly, Wonderful smiles, And the service was excellent. it was as though the staff knew exactly what they needed to be doing, and they attended to it promptly. On top of that, there is a certain vibe - A nice vibe - like staff like working there! It might sound crazy, but that kind of energy actually makes the food and drinks taste better. My order was ready lickety-split, But I wasn’t ready to go. I needed to speak to the The woman managing- She had a certain presence to the way she held herself, and you immediately knew she was at the very least, the manager. To my delight, she was the owner. I needed to thank her for how clean and friendly store and staff were, not to mention organized and on the ball. I wanted to mention to her the location, five minutes away, and how disappointed I was after my experience and reading the reviews of that store. I must express that this location is much smaller, and it is being managed so beautifully that I had to compliment the owner. With this level of skill, I could only see the local area benefitting from this manager being promoted by corporate to the alternate location to bring it up to standards and possibly recover the ratings reviews- The alternate location being Hyde Park Gate. Thank you for the excellent service!

Met a friend there recently for coffee. Convenient location north of the QEW on Winston Churchill
I ordered a loaded veggie wrap at 2458 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K 1R8, the cashier said they do not have rice for the wraps so I took a veggie pizza but they refused to issue me a refund and charge me for the pizza when the pizza is cheaper. I respectfully told the cashier that the wrap costs more but they said the pizza is more expensive. Pizza is 6.99 and the wrap was 7.79, what math did they use? Or am I retarded? I do not expect a full refund but just for the location to be more aware of what they are doing.
