Hello Tim Horton's. I ordered from Skip the Dish all most every day from your store. My order is always the same. But today you put caramel in my two Iced Coffee and it was disgusting. I didn't ask for it or want it. I'm disappointed.

This tim Hortons is one of the cleanest I have ever been. And most of the crew members they are very friendly. It’s located near my working place so I went there frequently. This morning I felt so good mood for the service of * Tanvi * , she was very friendly and sweet. Very welcoming and nice. I would like to visit more for her top notch service. I would say most of staff were very good. 👍 thank you very much!

It took them 15 mins to make my steeped tea. Everyone behind me got their coffee and food before I even got mine, very unacceptable.

I don't recommend going to this location because the atmosphere and the behavior from the workers wasn't good. Yesterday I was with my son and we were served from a young male supervisor and he didn't say hi or bye or any positive attitude. I've stopped going to Tim Hortons for a while now and this was the first time I've came back after a while and nothing has changed, Tim Hortons is getting worse and worse. The workers should be trained better to serve customers better and more politely. If I go to somewhere like Starbucks, the customer service is 100% better and the products are much better too, more expensive but much better. The main point is the people in the Starbucks have good manners and a positive behavior to customers, so they feel like they welcome you to the store. Good luck guys but I'm not going to be coming back anytime soon.

No drive thru and washroom is small, but service is better than other Tim's. Big Polynesian lookin dude is a very good employee.
The staff at this location are always so kind and friendly. The recent addition of music has really improved the ambience, and makes this a great location to spend time at!

Ordered catering for our team at The Weather Network and it was fantastic. Great customer service, food was delicious and the lovely team helped with bringing out the large order to my car. Looking forward to catering more from here!

Waited for 20 minutes for veggie wrap ( not much of a problem) finally I got it and had to throw it, the way it was made….all over my clothes!
