Ordered 2 bagels and an Iced Cap, Had great experience placing the order, Cashier was nice! However, the girl in the kitchen making bagels was stupid enough to make fun of my order in the native language, she was loud enough that I heard everything she said, so disrespectful!!! and the supposed to be manager, sitting on the chair were telling her to stop, Saying that customer is Punjabi instead of teaching her how to respect their guests!!! & then they started giving weird expressions to each other. It’s so disappointing Managers promoting such behaviours within the team! No professionalism at all!!!

A nicely renovated location in Mississauga. I’m a bit surprised by all the negative reviews but I usually have a very simple order at Tim Hortons. I will say that this location makes one of the best Iced Coffees. It tastes the exact same every time regardless of the employee making it. As a result, I often go out of my way for my beverage. ☕️?
