I have lived in the neighbourhood for almost 6 years and tried tens of branches around GTA and this is the best branch ever.

Stuff always committed, nice and welcoming.
Coffee tastes better, food always good.

Really good chai latte and London Fog tea which is basically Earl Grey. I love the Too Good To Go surprise packages 📦

It's the slowest place I've ever seen and there are ten employees and eight of them and no one helps. They all come in and out and no one helps. It...

very clean Tim Hortons but the guy who's working at 6:30 p.m. at Sunday March 12th have a very disgusting customer service dumping the cup of coffee and dumping the Boston cream on front of the customer is very root very sloppy job

Your typical Tim Hortons place. The drive thru service is much faster than the instore service, but all in all they are doing a good job serving their customers.
Sometimes it can be super busy you will not be able to find a seat!

Extremely, rude to customers, especially at the drive-thru. I had to enter there to check out the staff's vibe and the atmosphere inside. Was disappointed had to get out staff shout shout of each and not organized

I have to edit my review below:
3 of the main curtains are missing for weeks now which is making it impossible to sit there!
customers are complaining, but no response!!

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The cafe has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional. I was served by Sumara, who was especially friendly and made my visit even more pleasant. The service was quick with minimal wait time, and everything looked clean and well-maintained. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

Since i have been visiting this place i had no issues with my orders. But today i had a concern for the. Staff over there as i saw a manager scolding an elderly staff member in very rude and unprofessional behaviour which highlights the problem as it was in-front of the customers i was just standing there and it doesn’t sounds appropriate there are certain ways to Address a mistake done by an employee but she don’t even think twice for same. I completely understand if there was queue and a busy time but nhh. It was no rush in take out side. Name wasn’t visible but time was 11:19 am.. Wednesday. Date of today

I live across the street from the Tim’s on Tenth Line and Thomas, and drive past the one next to the 403 entrance on Winston everyday to work… safe to say I have three options every morning.

This location is the most consistent in quality and by far THE BEST on service! Energy is always positive, service is quick but not rushed.

As an operations manager myself, it’s quite apparent that the person responsible for the hiring along with the team work all take pride in what they do.

They even had a mishap in my coffee this morning and some how it was in my favour (made me a medium instead of a small) yet still were polite and apologized asking “if that’s okay”.

Keep up the Starbucks level service, see you next time :)

The manager is unkind and doesn’t care about customers. It makes me think she doesn’t care about employees neither. Tim Hortons should start letting go people with bad attitude and hire kind people. The place is not accessible for people with wheelchairs or strollers

The price for the croissant and the herb pastry should not exceed $1.49
