i literally just went to this location to get my iced latte and my everything bagel. tell me why the cream cheese on my bagel was just one glob in the center, not even spread. it’s always like this but this time it was so bad i couldn’t even enjoy it. how do u mess up a bagel that bad??? and my iced latte was FILLED to the brim w ice like what are we starbucks? they need to do better cause this is why tim hortans is always made fun of, you guys are literally a joke. again HOW DO YOU MESS UP A BAGEL LIKE THIS. i have to take a bite of my plain bagel then take a bite of the cream cheese in the center to even it out. i swear if i ever go back and it is the same, i will personally go in there and make it myself cause it really cannot be that hard. i wouldn’t even expect payment, i just want to save the customers from the dissatisfaction from ordering a bagel with cream cheese.
Update: i went again for my birthday freebie and they didn’t give me ANYTHING. i had the app and my ID as-well this is all a scam. why would you piss me off on my birthday, you just ruined my birthday. you could of redeemed yourself but no, you want to be evil and reject my birthday offer. i’m actually never coming back this time. i’m serious.

I’ve been to this Tim’s a couple times, I’ve never seen a bagel more mangled and disformed than the bagel I received. First of all, cut the bagel all the way through. Nothing worse than ruining a bagel because you have to pull it the rest of the way through. Second, the cream cheese was literally just in the centre where the hole was. How am I supposed to enjoy my bagel when cream cheese ain’t even spread properly. Finally my bagel was COVERED in seasoning. Now I’m the kinda guy who likes a good everything bagel, but when there was thick layer of just seeds on my bagel, why would I even bother? I had to take a butter knife and scrape half the seasoning off. Not coming back.

This is the worst Tim Hortons drive-thru in the area. The early morning staff are consistently rude and inattentive to orders, often rushing through without listening. My wrap was poorly packaged and ended up sliding out in my car. They also refuse to place multiple items in a single bag and declined to provide a paper bag when I asked. Most of the staff here act unprofessionally, with the exception of one courteous lady who works the weekday afternoon shift. I used to visit this location frequently, but I’ll now be switching to the one at Erin Mills Town Centre.

Honestly, the coffee didn’t impress me. The beans could definitely be of better quality, and the milk should be heated between 60 to 70°C any hotter and it starts to burn, giving the drink a bitter aftertaste. Overall, my hot latte was underwhelming and the experience left much to be desired.
I just met with umang at tim hortons, she is very great and give me very good service. 5 stars for her and the store.

I've gone to this location the last few days with some funny outcomes First day, asked for a large Broccoli soup, they ran out and the guy told me they won't be serving Broccoli soup at this location anymore. Well I went the next day and ordered a large and small Chicken soup. I brought it home, got my large Chicken soup. Opened the other bag for the small soup and instead git a small chili Today, i ordered a large chicken soup but they only had enough for a small. I brought it home and got their french fries? Do they understand how to take an order? It comes on the outdoor screen on what you ordered? Do the people preparing these foods understand English? Tim Horton's at a lot of locations are making lots of errors but this location is brutal!

I come to this Tim Hortons often because it’s close to work, but the service today was unacceptable. I had to argue just to use my $1 survey coupon. The staff flat-out refused at first, saying it was “Camp Day” and the scan wouldn’t work. After I pushed back, they finally tried—and it worked perfectly. This was dishonest and a terrible experience for a loyal customer. If you promote these coupons, honor them without the hassle.

Giving 1 star because there’s no option for 0. I ordered coffee and a croissant in morning from drive thru. And cashier was rude while serving coffee. I asked for heated croissant and she gave me burnt and hard croissant. I need my money back or a replacement for food
