Disappointed by the Lack of Cleanliness at Tim Hortons
I usually visit Tim Hortons for a quick coffee, but my recent experience was honestly disappointing and concerning. The location I visited had visibly poor hygiene standards — sticky floors, overflowing trash bins, and unclean counters where food and drinks were being prepared.
The worst part was seeing the coffee station — it looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. There were coffee stains, used stir sticks scattered around, and even flies buzzing near the creamers. It’s really off-putting when a place serving food and beverages can’t maintain basic cleanliness.
I expected better from a brand like Tim Hortons. Until they take hygiene more seriously, I’ll be getting my coffee elsewhere. The female employee was rude to us she was busy having conversation with her co-workers and didn’t care about the customer waiting to place an order

I came this morning and there was a line up in store. The store was very busy , and the girl on bagel station was asking customers if they had any food in their order. i told her my food order, and she made it so quickly and nicely. The way she respect our time was incredible . Really nice service. I asked that girl’s name, and she told me Ishita . I loved the customer service and the way she respect my time. For sure , i am visiting the tim everyday.

I visited the Tim Hortons at 6313 Mississauga Rd through the drive-thru and had a great experience. The staff was polite and cheerful, my order was taken accurately, and the service was fast. Coffee was fresh, and everything was exactly as I ordered. Always a pleasant stop here
