Terrible experience at this location. Didn’t have half the items in stock. Then messed up my order and told me I never ordered it. Then realized I did order it and didn’t even apologize. Made me wait there for so long. Terrible service and Coffee was extremely cold

I recently visited Tim Hortons - 6313 Mississauga Rd and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during a busy time. My coffee was fresh and perfectly made, and the food was served warm and quickly. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere.

When this location runs out of cane syrup they use the vanilla syrup.

If you don’t like vanilla or you are allergic to it beware when buying products. As they have done this to me several times now, and only once was I asked if this was okay. Which obviously I said no
I would take it unsweetened.

There are some basic etiquettes one should know when doing customer service. I ordered a medium brown sugar cream coffee. The girl at the cashier window with the mask didn't have the courtesy to say Hello or thank you, instead gave me a weird look and the burning hot coffee without any coffee sleeve straigth to my hands which was too hot for my fingers .I think it is something one can understand naturally. It is not a safe practice. Tim hortons should have a policy to put cardboard sleeves automatically on the beverages that are too hot.
