I don’t understand how it’s so hard for them to get a simple coffee order right this is the worst location. Come here if you want your order wrong every time.

One of the ok Tim's (when they get your order right), that being said, WALK IN TO ORDER! Even when ordering through the app where it's in plain english print, they still find ways to miss items or make it incorrectly. Sometimes this means that after sitting in the drive-thru for up to 20 minutes in a line that wraps around the building, you'll then have to park, go in, and stand in line AGAIN just to correct their mistakes
And for some reason without giving any explanation, the lady working the drive-thru this morning is asking drivers to reverse their vehicles after pulling up to the window. This is now a regular occurrence and she has even told me to reverse when there were cars behind me. And every time I've reversed, the order is ready anyways, meaning it was all for nothing and I have to pull up again.
Also, only a couple of the employees who work the drive-thru seem to be able to pretend to care when you're ordering and smile, the rest of them speak in a tone of voice that almost implies you've irritated them just for placing an order.
Genuinely horrible service. I seriously hope they have a staff meeting or something to retrain employees on customer service and order preparation. And especially have a talk with the one employee who's making people reverse at the window, since I suspect it's only because she wants it closed. If you're cold then wear the appropriate clothing, it's winter in Canada, you should know better.

Drive through was horrible - i ordered a steeped tea and they then decide to tell me at the drive through its not available because they just started brewing it, it takes about 3 minutes to brew it and they didnt want their drive through line clogged up so they said go to another tim hortons to get it.
